Fast and efficient... I asked if the rate includes one way, from Bristol to Stanstead and received a quick reponse to say that if its on the quote, then it is included. Thank you.
However, I would like to know that this vehicle is reserved, or if I need to confirm, closer to the time, as I have not been required to pay anything.

While we can save you time with your search and save you money with our great, negotiated rates, we do not have access to modify a suppliers reservation system. The easiest way to solve your problem would be to come back to our site and create a new reservation with the correct pick up location. We can help you cancel the current reservation that has the incorrect pick up information. Another option would be to reach out directly to the supplier for modification but this will likely void the great rate provided to you on our site. I requested rental at Chicago Midway
I requested rental at Chicago Midway, and discovered when looking at reservation, it was for Ohare. it did not show me only Midway and did not alert me that pickup was at Ohare. That is a big difference when you get off the plane and discover you have to go an hour away to another airport to pick up your car in the middle of the night. Very scary for women. I would have been very upset.

Booking was quick and affordable
Booking was easy and the option to pay at the counter was helpful. My rental car was upgraded to a Hybrid SUV at no extra charge and the process took less than 10 minutes. I would recommend Autorentals.com.

Renting cars made easy
Both pick-up and drop-off at JFK was very smooth and easy. The car was in excellent condition. I booked the "mystery" car and got a very good value for money rental. Happy to recommend AutoRentals to make bookings because the process was easy. There was a discrepancy with the rental dates and the customer service was ready to help.
