Terrible quality, SO disappointing looks great but it’s cheap and nasty. My fault totally sucked in, when will I learn

Wish I’d checked reviews. Sent wrong item not packaged with their name. Didn’t recognize sender so didn’t keep packaging. Kept waiting for order. They claim they sent it even though FedEx pkg photo was too small to be network pieces of clothing. Won’t refund. Giant scam company.

The outfit I bought is so wrinkled i don't know how to get them out I bought it for a wedding and if I can't get the wrinkles out I won't e able to wear it Looks like an old rag right now Please send me instructions!

I sooooooo wish I checked reviews for Autumn-Laura before placing an order. Placed a large order and paid for quick dispatch 3-7 days for extra $15.99USD but after placing order was told 2 days later my order is too large and they can only sent 3-4 items initially, but that they will take 12-20 days. Although all emails have been replied to quickly and in a friendly tone, over all experience is terrible. I have voiced my disappointment and demanded the reminder of items held to be refunded immediately. I don't even know if i will get my money back :(

They are a true scam. Low quality products and problematic refund. I returned my parcel 6 months ago and I paid almost Aus 30 for it to be sent to China and they still say they can not proceed with refund yet.
Never ever buy anything from them

I purchased a top and pants outfit. They were so small I would not know one size S adult they would fit. I asked if I could return the item and they offered US$10.00 refund in return. I refused and so they offered a US$12.00 refund in return. The dress cost NZ $93.72 and the credit amounted to NZ$20.10. The return address is in China and not the US. They asked me not to return the outfit to the address on the box which was in Mangere. I checked and this address does not exist. The address to return this outfit to is very complicated and the Post Office do not know where it is. Please! don't use this company they are not who they appear to be on their website.
