Sono due giorni che lo uso,e ho levato già tanti litri di acqua.... è un oggetto che funziona....ma purtroppo i comandi sono sopra digitali,e quando lo sposti spesso incappi nei tasti....poi sono neri come il coperchio e non risaltano spero consumi poco.....fa rumore come un ventilatore
....

Do not purchase an Avalla product. I bought my demudifier/aircon in summer 2024. After using it through to summer 2025 I started to notice a horrible smell coming from the unit. Upon Googling it suggested this smell was caused by mould in the unit, when I checked inside the unit all of the grills/coils were covered in mould.

I emailed Avalla support to ask what to do, they suggested I 'run the unit in fan mode for a couple of hours', obviously this did not work. I then took it upon myself to attempt to clean the grills/coils to remove the mould from the unit as the support had been no help. When this also failed, I got back in touch with support, who immediately told me they cannot help as I have opened the unit immediately voiding the warranty. Fair enough, but the only way to remove the mould other than me cleaning it, would have been to replace the unit anyway. I was not even offered any discount off a replacement etc and the customer support were very standoffish.

Unless you like spending £300 for a product that lasts one year, do not waste your money.

I ordered an X550 dehumidifier which arrived quickly considering I live in a rural area. Unfortunately the unit was faulty and this was reported to customer services. They arranged for a courier to collect the faulty unit from my address which all went smoothly.
However they did not receive the faulty unit from the courier which delayed my replacement unit being sent out from the warehouse.
Claire from customer services resolved this today and sent out a replacement for me.
Thank you Claire for resolving this in a quick and professional manner.

I bought 2 Dehumidifier's from this company over the course of a couple of years so I bought another a month ago. This one was a reconditioned one but sadly hasnt worked. On contacting Avalla they were swift in responding with various options to collect the device and have arranged a replacement which will arrive within 2 days. Great customer service.

Superb Customer Service
I have dealt direct with Avalla as I had an operational issue with two separate units on both occasions the customer service I received was second to none. Claire the Customer Service Supervisor was extremely helpful, understandable and resolved our separate issues promptly and very smoothly so we could get our dehumidifiers replaced and back up running again. Thank you once again :-)

I recently purchased a dehumidifier, but the parcel somehow got delivered to a different address, having contacted Avalla, Claire was quick to investigate and promptly sorted the situation out for me. Excellent customer service.

Excellent product, recommended by a family member who had purchased the Avella previous year , the x350 works exceptionally well, is quiet and runs at about 4p per hour great for clothes drying

We purchased a dehumidifier in October 2023 and it has been great ! Fast forward to September 2025 and it developed a fault, I contacted their customer Service and had a response from Claire who has been nothing short of Amazing ! So helpful and caring, super responsive with emails and genuinely just lovely ! Yes it's been a tad inconvenient to not be able to use the dehumidifier but the problem has been rectified in such a prompt, efficient and caring manner by claire that I have no complaints whatsoever - I really would recommend this company and also recommend that they give Claire a payrise to stop her going anywhere else.

My new dehumidifier arrived smashed to bits by the courier. Thank you DPD!

Avalla customer service were fantastic and very helpful. I dealt with a lovely lady called Claire who could not have been more helpful. If only all customer service agents were as helpful!

The broken unit was not Avalla's fault and they are sending me out a replacement immediately. I can't really ask for more.
