In December, I was contacted by one of the recruiters from Avance Consulting (Bhavya Vemula) for one of the positions in DFW area. Once I submitted my resume, both she and her team leader Pasha were very helpful in tailoring my resume' for the client and and ultimately landing a quick interview. There support extended even after interview with regular follow-ups with client to sign the contract.
Kudos to both Bhavya and Pasha for helping me land an opportunity very close to my residence.

I got recently hired through Avance, After I submitted my resume Divya Gurram and her manager Karishma Mohammad has been transparent and clear on client’s needs, also given me heads up what skills can be deal breaker and what can be negotiable. Once they got the client interview slot then it moved pretty quickly. I got offer in two days. They also regularly followed up with the agencies in my background check as it was taking bit longer than usual.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been nothing but frustrating. Despite being crystal clear about my day rate, they repeatedly contacted me trying to push it down to whatever number suited them. The constant badgering became genuinely intrusive — the kind of relentless messaging that stops feeling professional and starts feeling like harassment.

What’s worse is the complete inability (or unwillingness) to understand simple boundaries. I stated my rate. I stated my terms. Yet they kept coming back again and again, as if they could wear me down. It shows a real lack of respect for candidates and an even bigger lack of professionalism. I must have spoken to at least 8 of these morons

If you're looking for a recruiter who listens, respects your time, or understands what ‘no’ means, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
