Purchased these glasses in Oct 2025, got them realatively easily, they worked for about three weeks and the left side temple (where you charge, record and listen ) stopped working. I've emailed back abd forth with them for a year now, asking for a replacement... 56 emails with no resolution. Horrible communication and follow up from this company. Simply wanted a replacement pair. They worked pretty well... when they worked.

I ordered on the 15th of September, they changed my account, but the only, "confirmation," of my order from them was the next page after paying. I have not gotten any tracking information on my order, and haven't received my order either, it's been 10 days, not a word!

DO NOT BUY FROM AVENTA GLASSES. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

I ordered a pair of glasses from Aventa Glasses and was very excited to receive them. Unfortunately, the pair arrived defective. From the moment I received them, the battery would almost instantly die. I could leave them charging all night, have them fully charged, and within two minutes the battery would be completely dead.

I immediately contacted the company and explained the problem. They told me they would get in touch and resolve the issue. That was over 10 months ago.

Since then, I have repeatedly tried to communicate with them and resolve the situation. I have done my part and tried contacting them multiple times, but they simply do not respond or reply. I never received a refund, and I am now stuck with a pair of glasses that don’t even work.

Avoid the headache. Avoid this company at all costs. DO NOT BUY FROM AVENTA GLASSES. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I ordered the glasses awhile ago. Still waiting sent numerous emails. Still apologizing about it but never do anything. As for me, this company is a scam takes your money and doesn’t send the product.

They turned out to be defective. I bought them in November 2025 and didn't use them; I returned them, but as of August 2026, I still haven't received my refund. They are crooks.

I don't even know how to contact customer service, I've tried every since I've purchased these glasses. The battery drains even when not wearing them. The camera malfunction, it takes pictures and videos without prompt. I've purchased lenses for them now I have a pair of prescription smart looking glasses that doesn't work.

It has been 8 months i am still waiting for the glasses or my refund. I have sent over 30 emails and still have not got any answer. The only reply is “we are working on it to resolve the issue with delivery”! Bunch of crooks. 8 months of working on it , working with logistic teams to investigate the issue? If i ordered something from a different planet it would have arrived by now. The company needs to go out of business. I had high hopes for this but this people are bunch of crooks and scammers. DONT SETTLE FOR CHEAP STUFF AND DEFINITELY DONT BUY THESE. You will retire by the time you get any answer about your shipment!

Paid for a prescription lens but did not get anything. Tried contacting customer support but nothing.

We requested a refund immediately after purchase. Product was never used and Still in original packaging.

We've had to email over 10 times to get their response and now they are ignoring our request for an RMA.

Glasses broke after 1 day, express shipping took 2 weeks and customer support is not replying anymore, even tho they said I can send the glasses in for a refund.

Returned and paid for return shipping with the promise to be refunded in full plus return shipping cost. USPS Tracking showed delivered November of 2025. It is now mid January 2026. My emails have been unanswered.

Extremely poor customer service. These are a Chinese knockoff. I thought the company was US but nope. I’m trying to return mine because I’ve had connectivity issues plus one of the hinges is loose it’s been close to a month but no response from their end and multiple emails sent. Still nothing.

Waited forever for a tracking number paid for express shipping 4-6 days and paid insurance on all items. It says the package was delivered at my address however it was not. And no reply from customer service either. Funny thing is even with temu orders when it gets to us they get a us tracking number this didnt though....dont order from this place pay the extra money and get reliable service from meta

Hi everyone,I want to share a very negative experience I've had with Aventa Glasses to warn others.I placed an order (#62204) for their G100 glasses on September 4, 2025, for $108.99. The package was initially returned by customs in China. I contacted their support to change the shipping address.For over two months, I was given the runaround. First, they said it hadn't shipped. Then they claimed it had, but never provided a valid tracking number. After immense frustration and delays, I demanded to cancel the order and get a full refund on November 6.Despite my repeated emails and even a final warning, they have not processed my refund. They have simply taken my money and provided nothing.A quick search shows I'm not alone. Their BBB rating is an 'F' and Trustpilot is full of similar complaints.Has anyone else had this experience with them? I've already initiated a chargeback with my credit card company, but I want to make sure the community is aware of their fraudulent practices.Avoid this company at all costs.

This company is an absolute joke.
I can’t believe I did not read the reviews prior to my order. I ordered the advantage of G 100 glasses with transition lenses on November 23, 2025. It is January 12, 2026 and still no product. Oh, let me correct that I was sent Two plastic sets of lenses, a charging cord and a cleaning cloth. BUT NO GLASSES.
I do not understand how companies like this are allowed to stand in business. If you think something is too good to be true the behavior of this company is the very epitome of that.

I got the glasses but the prescription on them are totally wrong and now i cannot use the glasses for anything. Kindly replace these prescription lenses

Worst scam company told me to send back product an never gave a refund

Let me begin by saying I first I thought I had gotten beat on my money. I ordered the glasses on 2 November 2025 and I ordered the prescription glasses. I had checked the mail weekly and hadnt heard from the company. But when I contacted the support they replied with a status update. I had updates on 9 November, 19 December, and my glasses arrived on 26 December. Im very pleased with the glasses. I am happy with the price I paid of $179.00 verses $450.00 from Meta. These glasses work great, my prescription is perfect, the picture taking and recording is clear and good. The AI feature is outstanding. My only issue is the glasses are a little thicker than I expected but, as my wife said there is a mini computer operating to do all the functionality. Needless to say these are a good buy.

This is a scam.

They issue a tracking number as if the item has been shipped, but then blame logistics issues and never actually send the product. This is how they operate their business. Even if you send a complaint email, you only receive a standard, scripted response.

I will say it again: this is a scam.

Customer service taking forever to respond. Trying to return the garbage product, been a couple months since I contacted them and no progress still. They be saying it’s better than ray-ban meta. Absolute lie!
