Where's the throttle? I was gonna order it with the ebike but not available. Now I gotta pay for shipping because order not big enough. Maybe they give me free shipping because I complain, but they are acting like they gonna screw the quiet customers. They should just give the throttle for free. At the very least, free for all the customers who bought the bike before they had a throttle available.

Easy to follow instructions for assembly and start up

I never got the screen to replace. Nothing other then it was sent back.

i'm in my 80's now, heading for ninety....bike was easy to put together from shipping box. i like the overall dimensions and feel of the bike. comfort and dependability. today i'm off on a back woods trail to explore fishing possibilities on the weiser river; back country idaho !

I did not have the tools needed to mount my new display. I took it bike shop they installed it quickly only $15. I haven't sync the new display to my bike as of yet. Hope it does not gave me any problems. Quick delivery just 3 days.

Every thing about the Pace series is first class. My wife has a Pace 5 and I have a Pace 4. I couldn’t be happier with our bike purchases!

Im new to the world of e biking. Rented some bikes in Bentonville and loved it. Stopped by local shops and rode every kinda bike on the market. Aventon seemed to be my favorite. Went on Aventons website and ordered the new level 4 rec. I have had acouple short rides on it and wow the power and technology on this bike make for a fun and enjoyable ride. I cant stop thinking of where im riding next. Highly recommend

We bought 2 bikes. Aventure 3 and a pace 4. They are great. We absolutely love them. We haven't had them long, so I We will see how long they last. But I did have a problem with one of the fenders, and they solved it right away. Best customer Service experience in the last 10 years. We are extremely happy we purchased Aventon ebikes.

Purchased my 2025 Abound from Upway. Smooth process. As the weather had allowed I have been riding it more and more. I have outfitted for hauling my groceries. It is a solidly built, fun, tech heavy, amazing e-bike!

Aventon customer service is amazing!! The bike barely gives me problems and when i have a problem that comes up they’re so helpful and accommodating!!

The Pace 4 is a great product. Integration of all the various components and technologies is stellar. I rode 26 miles on the tobacco heritage trail in eco mode last week and 27 miles on the capital trail in sport mode yesterday. I wasn’t sure if I would like the handlebars, but after trying - they are very comfortable. The Pace 4 is exactly what I was looking for and exceeds my every expectation. I’m really pleased with it. Thanks offering it.

We bought the Pace 4 that came with the fenders and rack at no extra charge. They were shipped very quickly. Assembly was not a problem. We were also pleasantly surprised to have the swept back handlebars come with the bikes as that was the style we really wanted because if we have too much forward lean our hands go tingly. So far, the quality of the bikes seems fantastic. We now bike most evenings after supper and are thoroughly enjoying biking again!

Aventon Support is second to none! Super helpful, attentive, responsive. So glad I went with Aventon!

1) I bought two mirrors after not reading the fine print. They do not fit.
2) I purchased a water-bottle holder; the bottom of the two screws won't go back in -- the threads are stripped on the bike.
