I’m genuinely shocked by my experience with Avis Studios. After initially booking a photographer for my wedding over a month ago and paying the deposit, I discovered yesterday, only when I reached out to confirm a consultation, that my booking had been cancelled as the photographer had moved.

When I raised this as a breach of contract I was met with an extremely rude, unprofessional, and offensive email response from a representative of the studio. The message included condescending remarks, an inappropriate racial reference regarding pricing in other countries. I had no intention of making a complaint or seeking action for the breach of contract until these comments were made.

This has been an incredibly disappointing interaction with a company booked for such a special occasion. I would strongly urge others to consider carefully before working with Avis Studios. It is possible this is an isolated incident. However, professionalism and basic courtesy should be the baseline in any service industry, especially for something as important and personal as a wedding.

I booked Adam for my son’s 18th. I would recommend the company. Communication was thorough. Arrived early to set up. We didn’t know Adam was there and yet produced a series of pictures that captured the event perfectly. The photos arrived in my in box in less than a day. Great job!

I had the pleasure of booking Adam's company for a 90th birthday party. Communication from start to finish was excellent. He did everything he said he would, and responded promptly to ask queries. He arrived early to assess the venue and how he would take pictures. He captured beautiful inter-generational moments from pensioners to babies. He was friendly, yet discreet milling around, and took many more pictures than expected. It meant I got to experience more interactions after the event, that I otherwise missed. As the guests were from many nationalities, Adam's style made us all look good. The pictures are a wonderful tribute to an amazing family event. I would highly recommend Adam and will use him in the future.

I want to express my gratitude to Adam for capturing our London event wonderfully, even on short notice. The photos exceeded our expectations, showcasing Adam's talent and professionalism. His friendly approach made the experience enjoyable for everyone and we could barely notice him whilst he managed to take hundreds of photos in a few hours. We were very lucky that Avi Studios was able to do an impromptu maternity photoshoot! We gave this as a gift to my partner’s sister and they really enjoyed the experience. The end result is exactly the look they and we had in mind - it’s classy, simple and conveys happiness. They’re not the type of couple that wanted overly dramatic photos in a field or too posed, so we had it in our living room and Avi brought all the equipment needed. We’re so happy to have these moments captured forever.
