Excellent glasses, confusing sizing guide
I give fours stars because the sunglasses were excellent 👍 but the fitting guide was a nightmare to understand. We bookmarked this page for a year before deciding to take the risk. The problem was from the dimensions given for the glasses we had no idea what size they were on the sizing guide on that page. Lucky the dimensions of the glasses were all we needed and to forget the sizing chart.

I'm not really someone to leave reviews…
I'm not really someone to leave reviews however I would like to give this company a 5 star due to customer service and the way they handle things. Long story short I purchased some Gucci sunglasses and when they arrived I noticed the case was faulty I contacted them at 6:30pm by 7pm they had replied offering a replacement case and immediate shipping.
Thankyou for resolving the issue and I will most definitely be returning in a few months when I loose this pair 😂

Bought an original pair of Gucci sunglasses from this company. It was 30% cheaper than the price at Manchester airport. They went out of their way to get the delivery on time and were very responsive with my queries. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Quick delivery on items and found genuine raybans much cheaper than other places. Helpful communication with customer service via WhatsApp when one item was delayed and issue quickly resolved. Would recommend to a friend and use the site again 👌🏽

Counterfeit sunglasses
I bought some Gucci sunglasses from Urban sunglasses because they were a slightly better offer than elsewhere and had a quick delivery time. However, when they arrived they turned out to be fake. They are quite good fakes, it is not obvious at all, however I have a good idea of what to look out for and had already tried the sunglasses on in the store so I knew how they were supposed to fit. Luckily I got my money back, but having seen reviews on here with similar experiences, I worry that this is intentional, fraudulent behaviour.
The glasses were still £170, so not cheap at all, and I ended up getting real ones for £200. So definitely not worth the risk, would avoid and go elsewhere.

Sent the wrong sunglasses
Received the wrong pair of sunglasses and the original pair I ordered subsequently went out of stock. They have offered to source them but unfortunately the delivery time would have been whilst I am away on holiday. Customer Services were incredibly helpful and responsive, processed my refund promptly and provided a discount code for a future purchase
