Worse time dealing with this company. Placed an order (and charged my account) one moth ago and no product. UPS Tracking just keeps advancing another day.
Called customer service after waiting for 1 hour on the phone and told I couldn’t get a refund for another week. Week has gone by and now I have to call and wait up to 1 he 45 mins! Who has that kind of time. I emailed and just getting a return email product is on the way!

Never Again!!!

Terrible customer service people that are nasty when talking to the customer! Too long of a wait time to have your items shipped and delivered..Can buy the same items on Amazon for cheaper and faster delivery!

ordered product. didnt ship. it said it shipped - STILL in warehouse. label has been created. im out of product. called customer service. its an upgrade. i wanted to cancel they wouldnt let me cancel. i am out 40 and no product. if they had told me before i ordered i would have gone to walgreens. NEVER AGAIN!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. My order has been placed for 2 weeks now and so far I've gotten two delay delivery notifications. When I spoke with customer service, they said it was due to them upgrading their warehouse but had no other information. I asked to speak with a manager and he wasn't of any help either. They don't let you cancel your order, even though it hasn't yet reached the UPS sending center they're horrible company with horrible customer service. I would not waste one cent on this company!

I had a parcel that was supposed to have been delivered to my friend,however it was delivered to the nect street and they are saying they never got it.so evri have basically called me a lier as there courier wastracked "in the area".now avon is not answering,phone,messenger,whatsapp.im so angry.

Avon doesn't care about anything, and it doesn't care about the comments here either.

There is an issue with my package UPS is stating there was incomplete/missing shipping information on my package so it will be returned to AVON. I reached out to see why and what can be done about it. Mike's answers were short, rude and condescending. I explained what UPS said and asked if there was a contact I could speak with and their response was "Sure, you can contact UPS." I have worked customer service, as well as trained staff in customer service (DSM for over a decade) They either need extra training in how to speak to customers or they need to find a new job that does not have direct contact with people.

Prices are double of what they use to be. Thought I was getting a 15% discount when I ordered but I found out that wasn’t the case which was the only reason I ordered, which was because of the discount.Contact Avon and they gave me a company spill about pricing and blah blah. Lost a customer.

Purchased an order from Avon online prior to my submitting I changed my address. Once I submitted the order it reverit back to the old address so the order shipped to the wrong address and yes I did save it. Avon offers no assistance on fixing their website issues and I was unable to redirect it from the delivery carrier. Avon told me to wait until the delivery was made and call them back but unfortunately when I did that they told me to wait another (2) days. HORRIBLE CUSTOMR SERVICE

I've been buying Mens Black suede Aftershave for more than Ten years. And in My consumer Opinion' Best are these!!! Black suede Sport, Black suede Hot, Black suede Essential, and the Recently New Good addition of Black suede Charm... Why not make them all Best available together to buy ???

My name is Daniel, I wanted to leave a review on the item I purchased.. I bought the moisture therapy roll on stick.. this stuff was a joke. I paid 15.65 for 0.63 oz i didn't realize it was so small of a product that lasted one day. I just used it on my legs and it practically evaporated. It was like baby oil in stick form. Ten minutes after using it, I had to reapply because my legs were still dry...

I have ordered and used the Moisturizing Eye Makeup Remover lotion several times in the past and loved it. Am so disappointed in the crap Avon sells now. Not at all the same. The old version was creamy and removed even waterproof makeup easily and completely. The new version is much thinner and does a very poor job of removing eye makeup. Won’t ever buy again.

I made a mistake and ordered 2 of a product when I wanted 3 to get a free shipping offer. I called shortly after realizing that I made a mistake. I asked them to please add another one of the product to get the free shipping. They said no changes can be made after ordering. I've been a customer for over 50 years. But never again, Avon!

Purchased Foot Works Total Pedicure Kit when I received it was of poor quality Clppers were not a clean cut and left jagged edges When I asked for refund they said I would have to return used item at my expense When I tried to return t said non returnable item Talk about a run around Anyway I will absorb the $10 loss But really rethinking any future purchases since they DO NOT stand behind their products Save your money I purchased better clippers at Dollar store!

Horrible took months to get a order

Un mode de distribution catastrophique pour ne pas dire pire.
Les commandes ne sont pas honorées, exploitation des distributeurs/partenaires/representants/ambassadeurs locaux en quête d'un petit complement de revenus.Ceux ci ne recoivent pas les produits en temps et heures et se retrouvent confronté aux clients.
Une honte de systeme de distribution.

Ordered some make up on 11/13. Was shipped on 15th accordingly to Avon. After 6 days was notified it would arrive on 11/22. After that 11/23. 2 days later 11/25. Now today, says it's arriving on11/26. Ordered this online from Avon. Com. Never again!!! Just a warning, don't do it!!!!

Was very disapointed bought BHA serum anew and anew lift and tighten serum . Used them seperately. Both burned my face. Expensive product I am now stuck with. I will never use any anew avon face cream serum ever again.
