Most of our awards turned out great! We did have 1 with a large white streak across the (black) base as well as one with the whole main part of the plaque slanted to the point of being sharp and completely sticking off the side. We will be ordering replacements.

For the last four or five years we have had the best experience with Awards.com, and while the finished product for this year's ordered award looks great, the packaging was atrocious. Whereas in every previous year, we received our finished awards contained in sharp, black award container boxes that were fit to be presented to an award recipient. This year's award arrived in a flimsy, dented, written-upon, scotch-taped, aesthetically atrocious award container that we would never give to an award recipient leaving us to scramble to find a suitable award vessel. When I inquired about this issue, I was given the option of a $10 credit/refund, which while appreciated is hardly the point. We also received zero assurance or confirmation on how future awards would be packaged/presented. Which, based upon that response we'll likely look at other options for next year. It just seems like such a simple thing that the company would want to keep consistent, and why there was a shift to send completed awards out in less-than-appealing containers is something I cannot comprehend.

The blown glass and inscription is beautiful. The only thing I wasn’t aware of was the air bubbles but was given an explanation immediately that because they are hand blown, each piece is unique and may have imperfections which is understandable but it’s still stunning. Thank you for excellent service and an impressive gift!
