Always reserved when it comes to online orders for time sensitive and high impact recognition gifts for employees, however from the beginning to the end doing business with Awards.com was a pleasant surprise! The etching was smeared when we received the product. It should have never been shipped that way. We asked for a new one rushed so we could get it in time and was told that could not be done. That it would that 6 days plus the time for delivery. We were told we should go ahead and give the award that way and then switch it out when we got the new one.

Very quick response to my requests, ordering was easy and product was delivered one week in advance of date needed!! Plus, awards ordered look fantastic!

After multiple proofs that corrected wording, the final product was not the walnut plaque originally ordered. The plaque we received does have correct wording and the correct logo. The material of the plaque is not what we wanted.

Great communication. The finished product was excellent and delivered in a timely fashion. The awards also arrived labeled and in nice, protective box.

The customer service/sales team was very responsive to my phone calls and assured me they could complete our items in time for our event. The awards arrived and are better than I imagined.

It was easy to design my award with the awards.com editor. I was nervous waiting for the item to show up in the mail, but it is absolutely gorgeous. I chose the Chiltern paperweight since the light sparkles from it so beautifully. I think anyone would love to have this award displayed in their home or office.

Design files for awards were sent with an opaque background, that was clarified in writing through emails, but proof came stating "clear". Though I missed this upon approval, "clear" should have never been in the proof to start, as the design file sent had an opaque background and was, once again, clarified over email before proof was sent. Award product photo on site also shows gold band surrounding the entire award (Narita). Upon delivery, it was a small gold base at the bottom of the award, and does not reflect any of the gold around the border as described on product page.

Reached out with disappointment, was told we could get ours redone for no extra charge, and they would select the appropriate award with gold all around and ensure that the background was, this time, opaque.

Upon delivery, this "gold" band is entirely yellow. I can't even begin to state how atrocious it looks. Nothing about this is gold. It looks like the award is stained. I wish I could add pictures to show how truly terrible this looks.

If we can get some sort of correction on top of the correction that already had to be made, that would be ideal but I am just convinced that these reps are not aware of what these awards even look like. The fact that no design conflicts are notified to clients is shocking, especially when they are this bad and this much money and time is being spent on them.

Either be very, very sure that you're choosing the right award through real photo reviews on their site from actual people, or just enquire with another awards company that is able to communicate better. There seems to be too much of a client-company disconnect for these awards to come out properly in most situations.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a custom trophy and specifically requested that the engraving read "9 Iron." Unfortunately, the trophy arrived engraved with "7 Iron" instead.

When I contacted customer service, I explained that I had never received or seen an engraving proof before production. I even had a screenshot showing the correct engraving details entered at the time of purchase. Despite this, the company refused to take full responsibility and only offered a discounted replacement, requiring me to pay again for a mistake on the final product.

What was most frustrating was the lack of follow-up communication after I requested a fair resolution. Customer service stopped responding to my emails altogether.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but how a company handles those mistakes is what matters. Unfortunately, the customer service and resolution process fell well below my expectations. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
