very good price
not too long to wait for orderto be delivered.

Exceptional service. Highly recommend.

My initial delivery was not delivered due to my own error, not the companies. Out of goodwill Axel saw that a redelivery was made. Will definitely bookmark this shop and return as a customer. Gold star.

Paid for express delivery 1-3 working days however 1 working day later they have t even processed the order let alone dispatched it. Moral of the story don't pay for express delivery because they send it standard anyway.

I placed an order Friday evening and had received it by Tuesday afternoon. Great service and ridiculously cheap prices. This was my second purchase and will definitely use again. Thank you very much

This company are not to be trusted. I made an order for 2 sets of books of by the same author, but from different collection. When I received them they had sent me both the same book collection. I decided to keep them both and gift one, but reorder the one I did not receive. I received my order and to my disbelief they sent me again the wrong books. They sent me the same as I originally order, which i already had 2 sets of. I emailed them, and they apologised for the mistake, and thay said there was a system issue that was, when ordering this collection all the orders went to the one 7 book collection not the 6 book collection. They offered me a refund, as they say too apologise.
I said to really make an honest apology I believe you should send me the books I had originally ordered, bearing in mind this happened twice. I received an email stating they would not be sending any replacement as an apology, Because the book set was out of stock. So, they lied in their apologise email, because they said it was a system error, not that the books were out of stock. I believe they sent the books out knowing they didn't have what I order, so sent double of the same collection twice.
I dont trust this company and would highly recommend you go eles where for your book purchases. As I will be in the future.

Fast delivery
Books are well packaged
I was very pleased and will purchase from here again!

Ordered a gift on express shipping on Tuesday and arrived by Thursday. The item was exactly what we wanted at a fraction of the cost. Will definitely consider ordering again!

Excellent service from start to finish. My order was processed quickly and arrived sooner than expected. The communication throughout was clear and professional, and the overall experience was smooth and reliable. The team provided fast, efficient service while maintaining great quality and customer care. I would definitely recommend them and will be happy to order again in the future.

I recently ordered The Complete Works of William Shakespeare, and the first thing I noticed when on Axel Books’ website is how fantastic the prices are!

It is one of the most beautiful books I have ever seen, and arrived via Amazon Logistics with speedy delivery.

I strongly recommend Axel Books for all your literary needs, and I will definitely be a returning customer!

Great price for collection of books. Much cheaper then buying individually or elsewhere. Good condition.

Was very skeptical because of how cheap the books were, but delivery was super quick and the books were incredible condition. will be using this website again!!

Easy to find what I wanted, reasonable price, speedy service, very happy!

Great selection of books.Ordered two sets for Christmas presents.Arrived quickly and in perfect condition.Would definitely recommend buying from these.

I was slightly sceptical over the prices but genuine bargain. I ordered a full set of 6 books for £23 instead of £70 and they arrived within a couple of days in perfect condition. Would buy from Axel Books again!
