My partner Andrew and I had always treated our retirement savings as something that needed to be protected carefully. After many years of working and saving, we had accumulated £219,000. Instead of receiving our money as expected, we were told that a contractual clause allowed the repayment period to be extended. Whenever we asked for a clear repayment date, we received new explanations, revised timelines and responses that never gave us a definite answer.

Things became even more worrying when the interest payments stopped. We began reviewing the documents and information we had received before making the investment. Our own checks raised questions about the platform’s regulatory status, the protections available to investors and some of the claims that had originally given us confidence. Looking back, we realised that we should have independently verified all of these details before committing such a substantial amount of our retirement savings.

The £219,000 was not simply an investment for us. It represented savings built gradually over many years of work. We had planned to use it to enjoy a more comfortable retirement, travel, and spend more time with our family. Losing access to such a significant portion of those savings forced us to reconsider several plans we had been preparing for years. The possibility of never being able to rebuild the full amount has been particularly difficult to accept.

We kept copies of our contracts, bank statements, correspondence and other records connected to the investment. We also joined investor support groups where we could compare experiences and learn about the steps other investors were taking. The incredible turnaround that subsequently occurred and eventually brought at least some of my funds back could not even begin to fathom explanation just now so I really should go anyway.

I connected with a profile on Instagram claiming to run a high-yield algorithmic trading network. They completely disarmed me by transferring 0.75 BTC directly to my profile. I ran the algorithmic script, watched it grow, and pulled out 1.2 BTC smoothly. I went completely reckless and pulled $400,000 from my corporate lines of credit. Ingrese a Axia, hace aproximadamente un mes, no me gustó, realmente fue una perdida de tiempo y dinero. Los mas doloroso es que solicité retiro del balance que quedaba y la gerente de mi cuenta se enojo y nunca me dio respuesta, dijo que ella no se encarga de eso, después de una semana sin operaciones abiertas veo que el dinero desapareció, mi cuenta esta finalizado, no se que significa eso. Por favor si me pueden dar respuesta de mi dinero. Esto me parece un FRAUDE.

Esto es una estafa. ¿Hay alguna forma de demandar a esta compañía? Si inviretes tu dinero y no hay forma de que te lo devuelvan. Te piden que inviertas más, a pesar de que claramente no te permiten retirar tu dinero. Cuando mencionas retirar tu dinero se molestan contigo. Es un engaño.

Te hacen creer que don confiables una señora Paula peña y el supuesto asesor lazaro Gonzáles eso mientras onsignas el dinero. Luego te hace el asesor movimientos dónde supuestamente estás ganando dinero. Dejan dos días sin aparecer al cabo de este tiempo tu cuenta aparece .n cerojsinmimveraiońes sin nnada. Le dejé mensajes al asesor subidos se tono y apareció a decirme que para que recuperar mi inversión debería abrir.una cuenta o utilizar una tarjeta de crédito e invertir 600 dólares.al.soguiente día mi cuenta estaba en cero. Son unos ladrones se porquería juegan con tus ilusiones. No inviertan en est ni en ninguna plataforma son estafadores muy hábiles. Todos los días reviso mi cuenta pero.nooooo aparece ni el asesor Lázaro ni nadie son ratas bien maestras.

still i didn't get proper solution from AXIA only they offer me to refund 942$ from the wallet value more than 30,000 $ and they ask me to remove all bad reviwes online amount i did not loos in the tradrs amount was available in my account and simply they said you lost it in trades which is not true.

There is no signed agreement between us imposing fines for not trading or withdrawing funds from the wallet due to unacceptable conditions and false statements from the account manager, whose claims have proven inaccurate. I think it's quite clear how much negative feedback there is from customers about your service, and I don't need to add anything more. You talk about work ethics and integrity, but unfortunately, you don't practice them. The solutions you offer are simplistic and merely a pathetic attempt to save face.

The Worst experience i have ever had, easy to deposit but they extremely hard to withdraw, it has been 2 months and they are rejecting my withdrawal request.

No tuve una buena experiencia con esta empresa, no la recomiendo. Al principio te dicen que te vas ha llenar de plata y te empiezan a pedir cada vez más plata. Los asesores me ayudaron poco y la mayoría de las grandes inversiones fueron negativas así que fueron perdidas. Cuando quise retirar dinero me dicen que tengo que cerrar todas las posiciones en negativo para poder sacar plata y nunca recibí ni un centavo. Son poco claros y te ayudan poco así que no los recomiendo
