My Experience with Seekapa – A Serious Lack of Professionalism and Accountability
I am extremely disappointed with the way Seekapa has handled my case. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and communication has been deeply frustrating. Emails go unanswered, concerns are left unaddressed, and there seems to be no genuine effort to communicate openly or take responsibility for the situation.
What is particularly disappointing is the way the company avoids direct communication instead of having the courage and professionalism to contact me, listen to my concerns, and provide clear and honest answers. Customers deserve respect, transparency, and accountability, especially when their financial interests are involved.
I believe every customer deserves to be heard, and no company should ignore legitimate concerns or leave customers feeling that their situation does not matter.
I still believe that truth will come to light and justice will prevail. God is great, and no injustice goes unseen. I hope Seekapa will eventually take these concerns seriously and demonstrate the level of integrity and responsibility that customers have every right to expect.
I am sharing my experience because professionalism is not just about what a company promises, but also about how it treats its customers when problems arise.

I want to share my experience because what happened to me with this platform was extremely frustrating and financially devastating. I ended up losing more than €77,000, and despite putting such a huge amount of money into the platform, I never received a single penny back. Every time I believed I was finally going to be able to withdraw my funds, I was asked to make another payment, with different reasons and requirements being given each time. I kept being told that I needed to pay more before I could access or withdraw my money, but the result was always the same: no withdrawal, no refund, and another request for additional funds. The entire situation became incredibly stressful and exhausting. After reaching a point where I did not know what else to do, I decided to seek outside help and contacted Բ0ꋪɪ[̲̅x̲̅]Ե. I explained everything that had happened and they helped me through the process of trying to recover my funds. To my surprise and relief, within a few days I received my refund. After everything I had gone through, getting my money back was an enormous relief. What really stood out to me was finding people who were willing to help when I had almost lost hope. I want to share my experience with Seekapa, I don't recommend anyone to sign with them. There account manager very bad there is no follow up, they are not answering the phone or replying to the messages or email when you need them. they have no experience in spite the way they are talking to attract the clients. I lost all my money because of very bad advice. I strongly advise others NOT to deal with Seekapa.

I was initially approached by a representative who presented Seekapa as a highly reputable company and encouraged me to start with a small investment, assuring me that I could withdraw my money without losses if I changed my mind. I was subsequently contacted by Mahmoud, who presented himself as my account manager.

From that point, I was repeatedly encouraged to open additional positions and deposit more money. I was assured that my account was safe, that I would generate substantial profits, and that my previous losses would be recovered. I relied on these assurances and deposited additional funds. I was also encouraged to invest in what was presented as a SpaceX IPO opportunity, with promises of significant returns.

Instead, my exposure and risk continued to increase. More positions were opened, I was repeatedly encouraged to invest additional funds to "save" my account, and eventually my entire trading account was wiped out, resulting in losses of approximately $14,000.

The approach appeared to involve initially building trust with a small investment, followed by persistent calls, market "analysis," promises of large profits, and increasing pressure to deposit more money and take on greater risks. I am sharing my experience to warn others: do not rely on verbal promises of guaranteed safety, guaranteed recovery of losses, or substantial profits.

I am also considering reporting my experience to the relevant authorities so that the circumstances can be properly investigated.

This is my personal experience and I strongly advise anyone considering Seekapa to say away being a scam company.

I do not recommend this platform at all. It is misleading, and withdrawing funds is very difficult. They keep pushing trades until your balance is lost and nothing remains.If there were a rating below zero, I would choose it. This platform is a disaster. They are dishonest and misleading. Stay away from them.

Never ever deal with Seekapa even don't answer their telephone calls don't waste your time they are crooks & scammers. They eill suck your blood and you will incur huge losses.

They are scammers and liers. Their AMs lied to me about bonus, they told me it won’t affect my profits and they pushed to make unrealistic trades. However I have done what I believed in, and when I won more than 30k usd I couldn’t withdraw my profit. They told me that since they have “good will” bonus then I should trade with a volume of bonus x 500,000 times. Your loss is their win. Liers liers liers

Fake people, Real scammers, Not honest. Sweet words at the beginning, then, they don't support till you lose.
You can never reach them, they call you if they want you to deposit or guide you wrongly, so you lose your money.
Fake phone numbers, false promises.
They try to show that they are reachable on site, but fake customer service, fake help ....NOTHING.
Be careful !!

They are scammers. They will steal your money. Every time asking to deposit more money. And when you want to withdrawal profits or your money, they will first you need to withdrawal only 100$ then you can take more. Then the second time when you want to withdrawal, they will say wrong information and your account is not verified. Be carful from them.

I received a call from a person who calls himself Jihad and he was talking about the company as if it is much better than any company in the world and that I will make a fortune by being a member. He was calling me almost 4 times a day and he was showing that he is very much trusted and the company is great and and.

His main objective to get his company the AED2010 for me to test and that this amount is not that much,...,etc.

Based on the repeated requests/trusts I joined the company (he said that I will make a huge amount of money and and while he promised that if I changed my mind and decide to leave the company then all what I have paid will return to me without any loses and without any deductions of what-so-ever).

I paid and wired AED2010, but I decided to stop working with the company (as I felt that all the people approached me are not showing / saying the truth any more - Also, I did not like the website/services) - this happened when the person who was calling himself account manager confirmed what the Sales' person confirmed that I will receive all of my money with no deduction and It will be done the same day if I choose not to continue.

The result was that I did not want to continue and I decided to take all my money back.

The result was it took me at least two weeks to receive something in my bank after I really got exhausted by this company repeated requests and promises and the sales person is not any more showing him self even. He is not any more reachable as he was and promised . So, it is a play they do on the good people to steal the money.

The amount I received today Dec 6th 2025 is AED1757 while I wired AED2010 that means I lost AED253.

This is not a trusted persons and not a trusted company and the staff did the fake marketing/sales to steal others' money without any money back guarantees as they say while they are using fake UAE phone numbers and fake bank accounts.

I will not stop here and I will contact the UAE authorities very soon to file a legal case against the company and staff and against the persons who were behind all that.

This is a very fake company (Seekapa and BluePine - that the company bank account is under it).

Fake company fake platform, They convince you that you are trading on a real platform and they deal with you as you are trading on a real platform BUT in fact you will be trading on DEMO account. as well they will tell you we will give a credit to help you recover your money than they will tell you deposit an z amount of money and the company will give bonus 200%. because its easy for them to add from the system an amount they want.
So your money is in their bank account and you don't have any account in Fact except a DEMO Account on a DEMO Platform.
be careful and don't answer their calls nor register on their platform .
they will get all you information from Face book , Instagram, LinkedIn, they will know every single detail about you after you register on their Website.

Please don't trust them, they are big scammer, they promise for cash back we'll receive noting, very high spared the account manager will ask you to open many positions and after few days you will lose your account, they will call aging to deposit, you will lose more and more.

Seekapa is a very bad and fraudulent trading platform. They may first pull your leg by offering a $100 deposit. Then they call you and offer a 100% bonus, which turns out later to be a lie because this bonus cannot be lost. In other words, there was no bonus in the first place; it was a fraud. Then, they tenaciously call you, pressuring you to open deals they claim will give you thousands of dollars of profit. They claim to have more than 10 years of experience in trading and to have made other traders win hundreds of thousands of dollars. Their true intention here is to collect commissions and spreads, which are changeable and are more than 100 times the commission rates of other platforms. A case in point: the commission of a gold ounce is only 16 cents on some platforms or even 40 cents on others, whereas it starts from $3 and moves up to $12 and more on Seekapa. Cocoa commissions is $85 per only one lot, and so on and so forth. Once you believe the account manager that the deal will make substantial profits or even succumb to his pressure and open the deal, which is always beyond the safe limits of your account, the deal usually fails and you lose all your capital. But who cares about you? They have already taken a $2000 commission. By the way, another fraudulent tool they brag about is their AI reports and signals, which are, based on experience, nothing but trash. Don't be fooled.

Seakapa presents itself as a serious forex company, but my experience shows a pattern of deception and irresponsibility.

• One of their account managers acted in a completely unprofessional way, breaking every basic trading rule.
• Another manager admitted this and promised me a refund, but then ignored me — no response, no action.
• Even technical support failed to provide any logical or useful reply. Every attempt to get answers was met with silence or excuses.

This is not just “poor service” — it is systematic negligence. A company that takes clients’ money and refuses to address misconduct, ignores refund promises, and avoids accountability cannot be trusted.

I am sharing this because people deserve to know the risks before putting even one dollar into Seakapa. Based on my experience, the company operates with tactics that resemble a scam, hiding behind a big name while abandoning its clients.
