Review of Unauthorized Credit Card Transactions Due to Phishing Fraud (Rs. 60,000)
I, Rajesh Uke, am an Axis Bank credit card holder, and I would like to submit my statement regarding the fraudulent transactions of Rs. 60,000 on my credit card.
On 12/04/2026, I received a WhatsApp message containing a link that appeared to be related to Axis Bank. Trusting it to be genuine, I clicked on the link and was redirected to a website:
https Loginmyprofiles dot in/axisbank
I was misled into following certain steps on this website. Subsequently, two transactions of Rs. 30,000 each (total Rs. 60,000) were processed from my credit card without my knowledge or consent.
I would like to clearly state that:
* I did not perform these transactions intentionally
* I was deceived through a phishing link
* This is a case of unauthorized electronic transaction
I reported this fraud immediately on the same day (12/04/2026) to Axis Bank customer care and also lodged a complaint on the Cyber Crime Portal (Ack No. 33304260010055).
Despite timely reporting, the amount has not yet been refunded, and the matter is still under review.
As per RBI guidelines on unauthorized electronic banking transactions, I request that my case be considered under limited/zero liability, and the fraudulent amount of Rs. 60,000 be refunded at the earliest.
I request Axis Bank to kindly investigate the matter thoroughly, initiate chargeback, and provide a fair resolution.

The worst bank ever. I have been kept lien by cyber crime on my axis bank so I explained everything and file a defreeze order in Judiciary court and the court havs given order to defreeze I went bank and given they said it will take 2days and when I went later they said we need ncrp number on court order so I went to court explained to then the court said to file a comtemp of court on bank and also called the cyber crime and said to send email to defreeze the IO sir sent email with the court order copy and after that too the bank said they need ncrp number without that we don't follow court order or cyber crime order then I explained the cyber crime so the officer said Judiciary system is the highest when the court gave order why the bank needs e-mail from us. After 40 days of suffering they removed the lien. I have wasted 40 days roamed to bank then cyber crime to court to nodal officer everything and I was suffering with jaundice yet the bank did not listened to me and replied in a rude way saying and treating me as fraud customer. AXIS BANK SUCKS THE WORST BANK EVER. THE MANAGER NODAL OFFICER SUCKS.

Worst bank ever

In addition, they wrote to me saying that they will need to charge me a monthly fee as the account has no cash. Unprofessional, unintelligent and uncaring bank.
