Poor experience with this company
Poor experience with this company. Paid for tickets for Annaba show. Had a really bad experience now axs are withholding our money. Keep trying to pass me back and forth to hello@abba and they do not reply!!! I want my refund
The company offered no help or humanity…
The company offered no help or humanity when an honest mistake occured on my part, there is no phone calls of a payment is missed just an email that went to my spam, then they continue to email you as if you have a ticket for the next 5 months.today i went to download my ticket for this weekend to my horror apparently i dont have one! I paid 4 payments of £49 only time one payment lapsed so they took all the money although when i realised it had lapsed i offered to pay lapsed payment and more, spoke to me like i was a robot once i could finally speak to a human they literally offered no good will gestures or help despite my upset and distress. Enjoy my money guys, ive purchased on payment plans with other ticket venders if a payment is missed they make sure they text you, axs ask for your phone number but dont text, makes me think they want this to happen to customers. Shocking to keep sending emails and texts as though you have a ticket as well.
Constant issues paying
Constant issues paying - tried every option. Even bought a ticket to a different event so I could see whether my card was blocking it but it worked perfectly but when I got through to resale tickets again (to the event I actually wanted to go to) couldn't make a payment. Totally frustraating spent days trying to get this ticket and being let down by the tech
Very disappointed
Very disappointed. No disability benefits whatsoever. AXS sucks and will never buy any tickets of any kind from them again.
Can't use virtual wallet
Like Axs, but im collecting my tickets, Ax's doesn't allow you to have in Google wallet, cause, isn't a tickets, is usser id...
I have wasted 1hr of my life trying to…
I have wasted 1hr of my life trying to purchase a ticket from their website. It’s crashing, not accepting card, horrible user experience overall looks like a total scam. Avoid this service if you have an option to purchase your concert ticket from somewhere else!
If I could give it zero I would
If I could give it zero I would. Constant glitches and problems, constant crashes, absolutely pathetic....independent platforms like dice really show how this industry leech doesn't care about music fans at all...
Absolute joke trying to buy tickets on…
Absolute joke trying to buy tickets on either website or app. Keep getting kicjed off as it assumes I'm a bot????? Have done everything that has been recommended, ie clear cache, delete cookies, try another browser, try another device, use data on phone, turn off vpn, uninstall app and reinstall, reset password. Have contacted axs and just told to do the above. Still getting no where and getting fed up with with whole situation. I understand that there has to be protection from bots buying up tickets, but thia is ridiculous. Surely there is something that can be done.
Recently attended Madness in Brighton…
Recently attended Madness in Brighton 24/07/2026. Was told it was the only available date. About 3 days after buying tickets another date was introduced 23/07/2026. Much better headline acts than I booked for. Additionally, Madness werent due to start till 9.00 pm but we were forced to go in before2.00pm or 4.00pm and if not suffer a further late admission charge of 10 or 20. Absolute scandal. Just to force us to buy drinks at ludicrously priced rates ie £3.50 can of orange or £10.00 for horrible lager. Sound system was rubbish anywhere near the back. Different ball game for the day before.
Absolutely fraudulent operation
Absolutely fraudulent operation. Your wife and kids will need YOUR id to get into the event. The CEO of this company is a known child sex trafficker and it shows.
The website is buggy; the app is worse
The website is buggy, loses sessions often, and then asks you to use another browser. It is a trap; using another browser gets you flagged as a bot, after which you get nothing but vague error messages and unhelpful AI chatbots telling you to do pointless things that don't help. I tried installing the app. It was worse. I could not log in with my account; it insisted my email address was an attempt at a new signup. The worst service ever, and that's saying something.
Terrible Accessibility Experience – Misleading Information and Poor Customer Service
Here’s a polished, clear Trustpilot review that keeps the facts while making it easier to read:
Terrible Accessibility Experience – Misleading Information and Poor Customer Service
My experience with AXS’s accessibility team has been incredibly stressful and disappointing.
On 10 July, I spent 1 hour and 21 minutes on the phone with a gentleman who told me there were plenty of accessible tickets remaining for the American Express Adventure event and advised me to call back at the suggested time to purchase my ticket.
A friend had also told me that tickets could be held for seven days, so I called back later. After spending 1 hour and 35 minutes on the phone, I was told by another adviser that the American Express adventure was sold out. Naturally, I panicked and, as soon as I had the money, I purchased a standard ticket during the early hours of the following morning.
At 9:00 am the next day, I contacted the accessibility team to explain that I had bought a ticket but needed a companion (plus one) ticket, as this is clearly stated on my Access Card. Instead of receiving help, I was repeatedly passed from one person to another.
I made a formal complaint and asked for my calls to be reviewed. I then dealt with someone called Tia, whose communication was unprofessional and inconsistent. She told me that if she couldn’t provide an American Express Adventure companion ticket, she would help me find an alternative. The very next day, she emailed to say she couldn’t help at all, that I couldn’t receive a refund, and that I couldn’t get a companion ticket.
After making another complaint, I spoke to John, who was polite, understanding, and professional. He explained that providing a companion ticket after booking isn’t normally their policy. However, he also recognised that I had only booked the standard ticket because I had been given incorrect information by AXS staff. Thankfully, my companion ticket was eventually issued.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. I have severe osteoarthritis in my knee and requested an aisle seat as a reasonable adjustment. I was told that no amendments could be made to my booking. To make matters worse, I also found that I had been blocked from purchasing tickets on the AXS website.
As a disabled customer, I expect accurate information, consistent advice, and reasonable adjustments. Instead, I spent hours on the phone, received conflicting information, had to make multiple complaints, and was left feeling ignored and unsupported.
I will never purchase tickets through AXS again, and I sincerely hope they improve their support for disabled customers.
Bait and Switch
Bought concert tickets to Dierks Bentley, front row on the aisle since my wife and I are not tall people and we didn’t want the hassle of looking over the rows in front of us. We got to the venue at Phil Long amphitheater in Colorado Springs and when we got to our seats, the guest services person told us that our seats were not available for this show and that they would give us the best seats available. What they gave us was four rows back and ten seats in from the aisle. We spent the evening moving back and forth trying to avoid the rows ahead of us so we could watch the show. AXS has no concern or desire to correct the problem just a few days after the show. I was told there might not be much they can do since the show is over. How in the hell was I supposed to know before hand that this was going to be a problem. I have learned recently and by researching that AXS has a poor reputation for not resolving issues similar to this and really don’t care. There are other ticket apps much more reasonable to purchase through so I think we will be going away from AXS and trying somebody new. Good Bye AXS.
Absolutely terrible app for buying…
Absolutely terrible app for buying tickets and such a waste of my time. Why the RHS have decided to use them is beyond me and I hope they reconsider for future flower shows. If they don’t, it would definitely put me off buying tickets in the future. If I could have given 0 I would have done!!
Easily the Worst Experience Possible
I purchased gig tickets no problem, but trying to access them before the event -IMPOSSIBLE! The website and app clearly haven't been user tested. I would list all the individual problems if I thought the company would use the information to improve the system for future users but looking at the reviews here, they clearly don't care. Customer service did get back to me...and reset my account. So now I'm back at square one and going through the whole experience again. At this point I will have spent longer trying to access the tickets than I will spend at the gig itself. AAAARGH!!!!
AXS are an awful company
AXS are an awful company. I was buying tickets for 21 pilots at Victoria Park in London. I couldn't find my debit card, but when found I had seconds left. Hit purchase. Site said timed out. You've not been charged for this transaction. Then offered for me to rejoin queue for the event. This time I was quicker. I had checked bank that money was taken before. Then I purchased the same 2 tickets, for same date, as site puts you in queue for the same one you were in before. Afterwards it said 4 tickets were bought for 21 pilots headlining event. I saw that money taken from account was more than expecting. But as other artists, namely Ren was playing I was planning on taking brother and his other half for a treat. But soon after, the 4 tickets to 21 pilots changed to 4 for outbreak on the previous Sunday, then changed again for 2 for each.
Contacted them and as it was a glitch their side, the tickets were refundable under their policy.
I don't think the person replying, even read my message. Plus their phone number diverts to a beauty salon in London. So can't speak to a human, just complain via their site.
I and my partner have zero interest in the outbreak night at Victoria park. But risking partial refund through bank would only mean I'd almost certainly lose the tickets to the event I want.
Was happy for 4 to the night I booked, though their error, but for them to fob me off, with no recourse just shows the lack of professionalism within their staff.
To refuse to own up to their mistakes is disgusting. What they did is fraud. I have ss of the tickets keep changing.
I would give any gig a pass in the future, if these are the agents for it.
Impossible to reach. Impossible to reason with. I'd give a zero or half star if possible. That's solely as the rejoined queue got the 2 tickets for the night we wanted.
What a terrible website
What a terrible website. My wife tried but couldn't get back verification. I then had a frustrating hour trying to get into the site - being timed out because of complications. Tell Badmington Flower show to use another supplier
Possibly the worst ticket purchasing…
Possibly the worst ticket purchasing experience I have EVER had, website telling me to clear cache, did so, still repeated the message, cleared cache and restarted the laptop, still the same message, tried then to switch to my phone with laptop off, told me I was already logged in, tried to start a new queue entry told me I was already in the queue multiple times. I literally build systems for a liviing for multi billion £/$ businesses with built in 2FA 3FA, if I tried to deliver this system to a business they would sack and sue me and I would probably never get hired again. Absolutely USELESS!!!!!
I'd give -10 if I could
I'd give -10 if I could
App continuesly crashes, tells me I'm a robot or says, oops something went wrong, absolutely no customer support whatsoever, just a bot to type to,and it is a bot for definite not a person,I ticked for print at home tickets but instantly afterwards on completion of order it said, thank you your tickets will be delivered via the axs app !!
Avoid at all costs, get your tickets elsewhere,I'm just wondering now how the hell I'm supposed to get into the venue on the night !!
Rubbish website
