AXS kept blocking me from buying…

AXS kept blocking me from buying Coachella tickets yesterday, even when logged in to my secure account, claiming I was a bot. I had one browser open and the blocking started immediately. Customer service useless with no genuine care to assist. Merely made excuses and tell you to keep trying. I can only assume they discriminate against certain locations and ISP IP's without care of who the individual is trying to buy it. Amex should spin off AXS, because they are a disgrace to their brand, which has always been pro customer. Anyway what goes around comes around as the saying goes.

Undeliverable ticket ability and unreachable service

It is impossible to get connected to someone that is actually willing to help. I purchased tickets to the Vancouver/LA Galaxy game on May 2nd, 2026. I successfully transferred the tickets to my sister's cell phone as a surprise for my brother-in-law's 70th birthday. The transfer was confirmed but received with no access to any ticket information. The tickets area just spins and spins. My sister tried for 3 days to get this resolved finally reaching someone who could not help her. So- no tickets and no refund. DO NOT use this company or any ticket selling agency that uses AXS.

Exceptional Customer Service

Wait time was not bad at all given Coachella tickets went live today. Thierry was very kind and helpful in gathering the information needed to process my claim and her customer service was 10/10.

Fan authenticator issue

Hi! I was able to reenter the site to purchase tickets (after three unsuccessful attempts via trouble shooting issues, restricted access, and something going wrong) My payment options (two separate cards) were declined and the window to purchase closed. This whole process has been a headache. I've made it on the site multiple times and each of them with separate issues. Then add in the price increases for each of those times is just a cherry on top. My customer experience has been nothing short of terrible.

did not apologize for the inconvenience…

did not apologize for the inconvenience that I've experienced, did not offer any solutions or aid, along with leaving the chat while I was still asking a question and not satisfied with the help that was provided, All I got told was wait an hour and try again, then, except I don't know if tickets will be there in an hour. extremely Upset.

It took me over an hour to buy my ticket 6 hours ago and it still has not transferred to the app. I have now been on hold for an hour trying to figure out what's going on. I thought LiveNation was bad, but they don't even hold a candle to these clowns.

don't have a customer service if you can provide

sometimes it's better not to have a customer support, because at least people don't expect anything from you. axs create an awful "real fan" that just blocks anyones accessing from outside of the US, so if you are foreign, you are doomed. when you need support, you don't have. even when you are trying to BUY tickets, you can't. I think there's a clear message there.

Samantha M was cold and offered me 0 options. She literally told me I have 0 options and there’s nothing to be done… in those words. This is upsetting and anxiety provoking as this is my first time navigating a big ticket purchase. I don’t know what to do

Today I had a multi problem day with…

Today I had a multi problem day with transferring a concert ticket to my son's new account as well as having an issue with a change in password issue between the app and website.

I worked with Ladaysia S on a live chat to have my issues resolved. She was able to configure my son's new account on the back end so his ticket transfer could be viewed and used at tonight's Two Friends concert at Red Rocks here in Colorado.

She then was able to assist me in resetting my password as I had reset it on the app but somehow this change didn't work on my laptop. Again it was strange that this change didn't migrate across both app and website access.

Ladaysia S deserves a raise and an extra day off!!!

Thanks for Jasmine, they were able to help me access my account. I was locked out of and access my tickets for my concert. We were about to walk into the venue for rainbow kitten surprise in ATL, and then i didn’t have access to my tickets. thanks to them i made it just in time for the show. 5 stars
