Jaylon helped immediately with suggesting I open a new account using a different email address. That was done and then he was able to combine accounts so that I could transfer the tickets to my daughter quickly as the concert starts in an hour.
Rena this morning was not as helpful as she had to make up a ticket and then suggested that I wait an hour for my account or the new download of the App to recognize me. Then it never did recognize me. Very, very frustrating App. Not user friendly and not a pleasant experience!!!

Tracy did a wonderful job of getting me tickets. The website showed 3 premium tickets in a row, but there was no way to select 2 or all 3. I believe it was a bug in the app, probably why they were still available. She got us the exact tickets we wanted.
