I’m glad the agent was able to submit a request on my behalf since using the other support options didn’t work. I felt like they understood since they asked for a screen shot of the email that I was sent with a broken link.

This one particular rep, Kevin W was patient despite my obvious exasperation as I called phone support because my tickets or QR codes would not show on my axs app to use for entry. at the end of 1st call, the rep said they would get back to me in 24 hours to which I replied the event is tonight. Again, he repeated 24 hours. Kevin W checked everything and we repeated the process. He somehow was able to troubleshoot the issue unlike the first rep who was not even friendly despite the tech issues not caused by me. That person should not be representing your company. Kudos to Kevin W for caring and kudos to AXS for hiring him. A little effort goes a long way towards customer retention.
Make sure to speak to someone rather than AI
To resolve my issue I had to speak to someone. AI said it was resolving it but it just kept delaying it

Wonderful Customer Service
I have had issues with transferring tickets to a show that I am unable to attend. This was my third time reaching out and the first time that I felt my needs were accurately communicated with customer service. While the issue has not yet been resolved, I am very happy with the service that I received. She was very understanding of my situations and we explored various options to solve my problem.

My customer service agent was absolutely amazing today! After two failed attempts with other agents to get my problem resolved. She took her time and was so pleasant to talk with in regards to my issues with the app. She solved my issue with ease and was so sweet. She absolutely made my day! I hope she receives an award for her outstanding customer service.
