Not fit for purpose (can't buy tickets)
Tried to buy tickets for an LA live event. Tried 2 different phones and 2 different browsers on a laptop. Firstly the site takes ages to load courtesy of a poorly performing cloudflare verification. Secondly I am simply unable to buy tickets as it fails with an 'oh no' message. My wife got on using an i phone but then she was unable to use the discount code provided by one of the vendors who invited us to the fest, Software simply not fit for purpose. LA live should sack them and sue them for lost ticket sales!

Kevin W was incredibly supportive! I was having trouble canceling a waitlist order, but they responded quickly, even offering to escalate the issue and guiding me through the login process so I could cancel it in time. Really impressed with the quick and efficient customer service.
Luis was absolutely wonderful
Luis was absolutely wonderful! I had hit a roadblock for over a week, and was running out of time and faith. The moment I connected with Luis, I knew he was actually listening to me. He fixed an issue 6 other support members and 2 “teams” failed to resolve. Many thanks to Luis for saving my sanity and solving my issue. Keep it up!

You really need to do a better job of letting people know not to use wi-fi
I spent over an hour trying to access my tickets, as I was repeatedly given a message that my email and password were not right. I went through the password reset process four times using different devices and browsers. Tried the help, talked to a bot first with the live chat. Finally got to chat with a person who eventually let me know that I needed to turn off wi-fi in order to log in. There goes well over an hour of my life that I'll never get back. It's wild that this can't be done over wi-fi, and wilder still that it took so long to find that out. Please do better so no one else has to deal with all that frustration.

AXS is fundamentally flawed
My customer service rep was helpful and professional, and I would give her 5/5 stars. However, the fact that you need to talk to anybody at all just to change the email address on your account is insane; the fact that I need to share my ID to complete the process, even more so. You claim you want to be "the best in the ticketing industry," but you're actually the worst platform I've used to purchase tickets; every time I need to interact with the AXS platform it's headache after headache after headache.

This site is terrible
This site is terrible. Any time I've ever tried to look for or even purchase tickets it always gives me an error message or bot message saying something like "too many tabs open" or "clicked too many times you must be a bot". It did this whenever I was in a queue for some pre-sale tickets & kicked me out of the queue when I was number 3 in line so of course I didn't get tickets. But it also does this whenever I'm just looking at tickets in general that aren't a pre-sale. I reached out to customer service on multiple occasions with no reply. Just a terrible site with terrible customer service.

Ticket transfer not reliable
I bought two tickets to the New Orleans Jazz fest. Unfortunately plans changed and I wanted to transfer them to my friend. I transferred them through her cell phone number via the AXS app. We both received emails saying that the transfer was complete, but she was not able to see the tickets in her app. It has been a struggle talking via chat with a live agents to get this rectified. I was told a ticket was submitted and someone would contact me. Five hours later I still was not in contact. I reconnected with an agent via chat who resubmitted another ticket. When I asked if someone would contact me tonight because the festival starts tomorrow, the chat was disconnected.

Apparently you allow broken and possibly scam upgrade links to be attached to tickets on your "secure" app. Then can't even properly respond to concerns about these links
