When you are about to give up all hope
When you are about to give up all hope, Elizabeth D. is the person you want in your court. I had paid StubHub almost $1,500 to buy tickets to take my sons who are huge LeBron James fans to Game Three of the Rockets/Lakers playoff. I was to get my tickets through AXS. I tried for two days. It didn't work. With the game approaching in less than 10 hours, I called AXS. After waiting on hold for almost an hour, I got a woman who said that she couldn't help me. If StubHub had given me a pseudo-email (which they had), she said that I would need to contact StubHub. I asked for their phone number and she couldn't help with that. Desperate, I tried one last ditch effort and went online for a live chat agent. I got Elizabeth D. and she spent 45 minutes with me, including getting a photo id so that she could transfer the tickets to the correct account and then walked me through, patiently and kindly, step-by-step, until the tickets for the game were in my Apple wallet. The pundits can talk forever about how AI is going to change the world, but I would stack Elizabeth up against the best AI Bot any day of the week and know she would come out the winner. At companies I have worked at in the past, chat agents are the entry-level starting point. If you do well, you progress to get to be a phone rep. Based on my experience today, I would rate Elizabeth head and shoulders above the woman I got on the phone. She's a keeper!
Exceptional patience and service.
There were some difficulties finding my tickets because of multiple accounts. I was directed by Carlita to perform a few tasks to get access to my tickets. There were a few tech issues in my end but Carlita was very patient and walked me through the process. She was very personable and made this a great and helpful experience. Thanks a million times over.

There was no actual help with my request. A ticket was made which I could do on my own and my problem wasnt addressed at all

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. Unable to transfer tickets through the mobile app or the desk top app. Was told someone would reach out to me through email to resolve the issue the day of the event, which never happened. The customer service rep hung up on me without resolving the issue and told me to call back later. I had already been on hold or on with a rep for over 2 hours, Their technical “glitches” are frequent and I wouldn’t trust their app or website.
