Your website is ridiculous. I was waiting in line for over 30 minutes to buy Geese tickets and your website crashed or something and wouldn't let me put in a payment. I tried putting in over 3 different cards multiple time and EVERY one said it was "invalid" when they definitely were not! One card even saved in your system saying it was correct but wouldn't let me check out with it?? I reloaded the page they immediately sold out?? Is there any thing that can be done because honestly thats ridiculous.

Jermica was very fast with helping me and solved, in my opinion, a bit of a complicated ask. Jermica knew what to do and did it correctly, and quickly.

I received quick responses. They were able to remedy my issue efficiently while being very respectful.

Crystal Was Amazing
She was very patient and worked long and hard with me to get to the bottom of my problem. Though it may not be solved right now, we might know how to go about solving it. Her customer service was amazing. I wish more people dealing with customers were as nice as Crystal.

Una stella perché non si può dare meno. Ho acquistato due biglietti per un rodeo a Dallas, non sono riuscito ad entrare nella app, dalle recensioni è un problema molto frequente. Mail di risposta automatica con suggerimenti che non hanno risolto il problema ma hanno consentito a AXS di utilizzare tutti i cookies. La conclusione è che l'app continua ad essere non accessibile ma funziona benissimo il sistema di tracciamento AXS per il controllo della navigazione in rete.

The help was solid, but...
The agent was often unresponsive for several moments making me wonder if they were still there. Are you overloading them with too many clients at the same time? When a customer is already frustrated, long delays with responses are not helpful at all and just add to the frustration. It's bad enough that I can't actually speak with someone, then this is added to make the situation much more frustrating.

Carlita quickly resolved the issue and helped locate my tickets. She was friendly, professional, and very efficient throughout the process. AXS is lucky to have her—she truly deserves recognition!
