Amazing venture, can't speak enough words to say how good they were.

1. Made an application and got accepted for 45k. I only wanted approx 20k. 5 minutes app followed up by a courtesy call
2. Visited a garage of my choosing, one evening. Found a car and made a deposit knowing they will work with Ayan as they have had several dealing with them before.
3. Friday 930am I called Ayan to advise them to request an invoice from dealer, by 2pm funds had been paid a f car was ready fro collection .

Had updates throughout by Ayan. So much better than normal car garages with 0% Apr as the speed, Comms and just about everything went so smooth. Everything I asked (and I ask a lot of questions ) was answered.

I would use them again and again.

I’ve never used car finance before, because nothing ever seemed to sit right with me from a Sharīʿah perspective – even though plenty of companies claim to be Ḥalāl. Then, during Ramadan 2026, I spotted an advert on Islam Channel and decided to look into Ayan. I’ll be honest, I still had my doubts at first, so I did a bit of digging and asked around. But once I went through their ‘Sharīʿah compliance’ page on the website, I genuinely felt at ease.

I’m so grateful that, finally, there’s a genuinely ribā-free way for us to buy the car we want, without falling into anything Ḥarām. The application process was surprisingly quick – it only took about 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Once I’d submitted it, I received the approval within 24 hours, followed by an email and a WhatsApp message.

A brother named Zubair got in touch via WhatsApp and walked me through every step – from what to do after approval right through to the final stages. He was extremely polite, always helpful, and whenever I messaged him with a question, he was there to respond.

As a Muslim, finding Sharia-compliant car financing can be very challenging, especially here in Scotland. I’ve always paid the full amount in cash, so this was my first time exploring financing. I had very little knowledge of the process and didn’t really know where to begin.

The brothers and sisters at Ayan Capital Ltd were incredibly helpful and guided me through the entire process, making it easy to understand and manage. Most importantly, every time I called, I was able to speak to someone who welcomed me warmly — something that is quite rare these days.

The web dashboard is very straightforward and user-friendly. However, as a first-time user, I did have some anxiety about making mistakes. Thankfully, the excellent support team was always there to explain everything clearly and reassure me whenever I needed help.

One small suggestion would be to include a step-by-step video guide for first-time users, especially those who may feel anxious like I did.

The team was very professional and were easily accessible even on weekends and response times were exceptional. The process was smooth and at times they were reminding me to carry out the necessary steps which was super helpful. Their website is user friendly and very informative which is also a bonus as you have an extra assurance for the process.

This was one of the first mainstream products I have seen that caters to my beliefs and I would definitely recommend them to others to look into.
