Excellent service and accommodating for…
Excellent service and accommodating for change of order even last minute. Regular invoices and can not fault the company one bit. They also have a great variety for your essentials at ease of not needing to go to the shop

I wish I could give minus stars
I wish I could give minus stars here. After the prices increased (understandable given the current climate) we could no longer afford to get our milk from Aycliffe Dairies so I cancelled my order. However, I forgot to cancel my standing order (my mistake). Upon telling them of my mistake I was promised a refund but instead Aycliffe Dairies decided that they would like to keep my money. I should mention I have been a client since the Dairy first started their business and so this feels even more of a slap in the face. I am taking this further but I would avoid this company at all costs.

Antwoord van Aycliffe Dairy
Hi
We are sorry you feel like that, we have had some server problems.
We have processed your £6.90 refund and should be with you shortly, it’s such a shame that after many years as a customer the first review you leave us is a negative one and no mention of the excellent service you had received prior.
Thank you for your custom
Kind regards
Excellent delivery service
Excellent delivery service. We occasionally change our order by text and it is always fulfilled correctly. I can thoroughly recommend these guys.

Delicious fresh products
Placed my first order last Thursday not expecting for it to be delivered the morning after but there it was when I woke up on my door step fresh milk and orange juice. My children could definitely taste the difference from my usual plastic supermarket ones.
Will definitely be placing orders every week. Amazing service

5* best milk man around
Fresh and local milk delivered to our door every Friday morning. Regardless of the weather it’s always been there, and on the odd occasion that it’s been missed (or stolen!) you can guarentee you have a replacement within the hour. Best milk man around, best prices and even better that you’re getting fresh milk from our locals. Support small businesses!
