Was bit doubtful regarding the delivery serive and all but it was good. I guess best for buying kottakal products cause there is no other sute sells it without prescription.

Too much of communication
As we search, if few products are not available, I leave the cart thinking that my requirements would be available in few days. Immediately I am bambarded with messages. This is very bad.
Also I am unhappy with thermocoles being used as packing or stuffing materials. Please stop using single use plastics or similar products

Absolutely useless.ordered 2 medicines.was told one not available after payment.Waiting for second since 15 days.Have been told to contact courier service who say that shipment was damaged so returned to ayush care.No news from Ayush care.pin drop silence.

We informed you before dispatch that one of the items in your order had a short expiry, and we shipped the other item based on your confirmation. Unfortunately, the shipped item was damaged during transit and subsequently disposed of by the courier. Upon receiving confirmation from the courier service, we promptly initiated a refund, which typically takes 2-3 business days to process.
We also want to highlight that you could have followed up with us through the same communication channel for a quicker resolution. Instead, choosing to leave a negative review appears to be aimed at tarnishing our reputation rather than resolving the issue.
Good delivery service
The bottles were of small size than what we have been buying at Amazon but the delivery service was excellent particularly since Amazon is not reliable anymore
