Was bit doubtful regarding the delivery serive and all but it was good. I guess best for buying kottakal products cause there is no other sute sells it without prescription.

Despatched the item through DTDC…
Despatched the item through DTDC courier,They are not delivering and asked us to come and collect over 15 kms,Why they booked undelivered area,If booked they should deliver/They sending massage to us we are refused the delivery/After paid the amount why we refused/The DTDC is lying and not received the item still today.

Regretting inconvenience caused, we would like to inform that we stopped using DTDC after those kind of incidents.
No updates even after 3 days of placing order
I ordered some medicines in ayushcare and paid online for it on 14/02/2024. An order# was generated for it. Till now I have not recipient the medicines nor have I received any updates about it. Since I didn't register in the website before placing the order, I'm not able to track it too. Tried calling the helpline many times but nobody answerd the call till now.
Update: Received a tracking number on 17th February, but I'm not able to track with that number.
Update: Received the package on 19th February. It would have been helpful if proper updates are sent before we write reviews and also if someone answers the call in customer support number.
