Ordered the Intense Firming Serum on 22/10/26, paying £3.49 for delivery. Almost 2 weeks later I’m still waiting. Unfortunately after half a dozen emails to Customer Service, they finally emailed me to inform me that I MIGHT receive it this week or next week!!

A few years ago i used the SPF tinted cream which is great so I decided to try the serum, day cream and night cream. Absolutely love! The serum sinks into my skin and instantly brightens it. The day cream has a matt finish which is fabulous, my previous cream made me look super shiny so this is a huge plus for me, because I don't wear powder etc. still yet to try the night cream though but I'm sure I’ll love it too. Next purchase will be eye serum, maybe on my xmas list.

The products are really good and I would probably recommend them and would like to reorder in the future but they need to sort out their supply issues. I got a subscription in August with all the products claiming ‘stock guaranteed’ but didn’t receive my first eye serum until last week. When contacted they do reply with apologies but it’s a bit vague. I cancelled my subscription until I receive my second eye serum when I might reconsider as I do like the products. But another niggle is the packaging as it’s very annoying not to be able to see when you’re running low - and if they were in tubes you could cut them open to get every last drop - I think there’s probably a lot wasted.

I have been waiting for an order for my subscription to be delivered, the money was taken from my account a month ago , and still no goods received, no response to numerous emails sent

Ive used Azio products before and love the serum. Ordering is easy and communication is excellent

I’m really happy with all my skin care I have purchased , I have been using azio for a while now and having a good routine is the quay to having good healthy skin .

Took a while to arrive , I have not yet used the products as I am finishing what I already have .

Interesting Azio are keener to ask for my review of their products than deliver them. How can I review something I haven’t had? So far it’s 4 days since I placed my order and nothing since the original order confirmation, no idea when to expect it. Hope the products are better than their priorities.

Products are amazing, delivery has gone right down hill, when it’s a part of your daily routine and you run out of products because your subscription is delayed by weeks it’s not soo good! Still awaiting my order from the beginning of the month

I absolutely love the products that I have tried, particularly the firming serum. However, the delivery is extremely slow. Speed this up and it’s a 5* experience from me.

I love the Azio products and highly recommend the full range. I have only given 4 stars rather than 5 because of significant delays in the delivery of orders on the last 3 orders, the last one arriving almost 3 weeks after the promised delivery date when the order was placed.

For some reason I received the email asking me to review the product two days after placing my order. Unfortunately over a week later my order is still waiting to be processed. I have hesitated for months over ordering from this company because of the adverse reviews regarding deliveries and customer service but I decided to go for it. I placed an order for the tinted moisturiser 3 weeks before my upcoming trip. Beginning to wish I hadn't. I know it's only just over a week but by today's standards this is very slow, certainly given that the order is still waiting to be processed, as is customer services in answering queries. Compared to other skincare companies like Up circle it's pretty bad.
If I receive in time for upcoming trip I will update my review. If I don't then I will cancel my order and expect a full refund.

I love the products but my latest order was delivered to the top of a bin, at a different address to mine. As this wasn’t my first order I know they have my correct address. I emailed them last weekend, but so far have not heard back from the company, which I feel is very poor customer service. Especially as I supplied a photo that the delivery company sent me.

The firming face serum was the first Azio product that I tried. Within weeks I could see the benefit to my skin which became softer and more even in tone, and deep wrinkles started to reduce. The serum feels light on application, soaks in really quickly, and seems to sit well beneath other skin products and makeup. No oily build up. Excellent value for money. So impressed that I have started using the day and night creams as well.

First time user- Ease of ordering, arrived quickly, products are beautifully packaged and content light and easily absorbed on the skin for a refreshed feeling.

Placed an order for 2 items 13/10. Received 1 product but not the other.
I have emailed the company twice and sent a message the fb but to date 27/10 not received a reply.
I even considering emailing one of the founders direct as I hate companies that take your money and not deliver a service.

I ordered from this company on 2/10/26. I ordered serum, lifting face cream and eye cream. I just received the face cream and serum at the end of last week. To be fair they did update me re its progress. I am still waiting for the eyecream and was told it would be dispatched last week but I’ve heard nothing since and they are now not getting back to my email enquiries. They did take my money as soon as I ordered which I didn’t sent like either.

Whilst I love the product, customer service has not been great. Ordered a pre order as one of my items was out of stock on 30th August. Im still waiting for that delivery. In the meantime im emailed to say my order is being dispatched & do I want to delay it. I then realise that a second order payment has been taken & my subscription is on its way. Multiple emails & no response. Also asked for delivery address to be changed, I did get a confirmation email but subscription is still going to old address

Brilliant serum best ive ever used

I decided to give Azio a try after reading great reviews on the serum. I haven’t been disappointed as the serum is one of the best I’ve tried and it’s a fraction of the price. I now use this alongside the day and night creams which I ordered alongside.
My order took a little longer than anticipated but the customer service was great and I was given a 60% code off my next order.
I would highly recommend Azio to everyone and will be gifting the serum to a couple of friends for christmas!!!
