Simple yet elegant website without any distracting ads around the main page. “Everything you need and nothing you don’t” is the slogan used by Azio Beauty about their products, the same could be applied to their webpage and ordering process.
I have been using their full range of products, not just the serum, for the past 3 months and I can see a visible improvement in my skin. After years of spending fortune on Clinique, Decleor and Clarins, Azio Beauty products are a very pleasant surprise. I was initially sceptical about ordering their products and worrying about succumbing to the latest fad, but what a revelation! Apart from the results visible on my skin, I also really like the packaging, all in pump bottles, no more sticking fingers in the jars of cream! For the first time in my life, I am getting compliments about my skin … an unexpected bonus. I could go on about how great it feels on the skin, how it does not feel greasy or heavy, how easy it is to fall in love with those products … just go and try it, you won’t regret it!

This brands customer service seriously needs a review, as does their ordering/ shipping process.
Money was taken from my bank account before shipment, 2 weeks later i was given some excuse and was told could be this week possibly next week until it was sent out!!!
Unacceptable.

Item is always slow to be delivered & website I find hard to navigate. Products are 5 star, all of them, it’s just a shame I find the website not 5 star.

Although the products are ok, the customer service is shocking. I paid for two orders,one was £47 and one was £30. My order couldn't be shipped until Dec so I cancelled but it took a lot of emails to get my money back. Ven then, I got my £30 back and the other order says "partial refund" There's no phone number either so only contact is email. Terrible company

I love this brand of skincare but delivery lets the company down. I left and tried another brand because of this. I’ve since returned and placed an order 10 days ago and still haven’t received it. Looks like I’ll be searching for another brand again.

I've used Azio's products for the past 6 months. One of the biggest benefits I have experienced is the glow. I visited my friend in Toronto recently, and she said her Mum and she have both commented on how good my skin looks. I've been using the full package, and recently bought their foundation. There are only 3 colour options right now, but I hope more will come out in time. The cost is good; the order took a bit more time to arrive, but the products are effective.

Love their products, especially the tinted SPF perfector, great for women over 50 as it doesn't sit on wrinkles and gives a lovely glow. Great customer service and freebies thrown in which is a lovely surprise.

This is my second order of the same products, face wash,creams etc. I wanted to make sure I had products for my use when the others run out.

Really love the products and the packaging. I bought the set of 5 - day, chest and neck, night creams, firming serum and eye serum.
After using the products for about a month I have noticed that my skin is definitely brighter and firmer.
The creams are very easily absorbed and the eye serum is cooling and easily applied.

Live the SPF all in one. Fab product. However, took ages to arrive and I had to chase it. When it came it had no dispenser nozzle as shown in the images.
Because the product was so good, I ordered the cleanser. 2 weeks and I’m still waiting.
They should set delivery expectations on order.
Good products, ridiculous delivery times!

I finally received my order two days ago after chasing via email.
I had no response to the email but the products arrived at least after about 3-4 weeks. I ordered the Ultimate Collection- a 5 step plan of which I only received 4 products. I am minus the eye serum. I think this is because it’s on pre order when I check on the website. However, there is no communication on when I might receive it or even an acknowledgment that it was missing from the parcel.
However, after using the products for 2 days I can already notice a difference. I love the products already so I cannot wait to receive the eye serum. I will be reordering but I think I should re order now and keep a stock as the delivery element and customer service seems to be letting the brand down.
I should add I am used to using Elemis products but opted for this as a cheaper option. In my opinion after two days trial I think these products are definitely better. I am hoping results will get better and better.

I'm really enjoying the full range of products and these are now part of my daily routine. Extremely good value for day/night creams and face and eye serum that really make a difference to the look and feel of your skin. But my favourite is the SPF50 tinted moisturiser. I no longer where any foundation as it makes my skin look glowing and smooth. Highly recommend

No communication from the company regarding orders paid for. This is my first purchase - it will be my last

Love all their skincare products especially the serum. My skin is lovely and clear. I’ve always used premium products but these have taken my skin up another level. Very impressed by them.
