The dress I ordered looks so amazing on the model on the website that I jumped at purchasing two of them! I’ve been burned many times doing that, and I was so afraid that would happen again. I got a small and was worried that it would be too tight because I finally figured out when I got the tracking information that it was coming from China and that made me even more concerned with the quality of the fabric and the size comparison to United States smalls. Anyway, the dress is finally arrived after a few weeks and while the fabric was not as expected, I will wear these dresses. I think it will be easier to just keep them rather than to deal with sending them back to China! I definitely do not think they are worth the price tag. Absolutely in no way. But, they’re not terrible. And the small is very loose.

Horrible, terrible quality, dresses should be for free. Also staff zero understanding of my situation and could not be a bit flexible. None refundable. A lost of time and money.

I so wish I had read the reviews before I wasted £50 on a dress that looks absolutely nothing like the photos on the website. Extremely poor quality, shapeless and a completely different colour. Avoid this website it is a complete ripoff.

Chinese garbage pretending to be California/ European fashion. The clothing is junk- beyond worthless.

I bought a dress from this company, and the dress didn't match the photo. I requested a return, and they said they could only refund me 15% of the value because the dress was on sale on the website. All the dresses on the site are discounted prices, meaning you buy it and they don't refund your money if you don't like it. I'm disappointed; I expected the dress to be nicer, but the fabric is awful. And I still don't have the right to return it

I don't often write in capitals BUT NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT TRUST THE GLOSSY PICS NOR THE 5 STAR REVIEWS. The delivery took ages, the products are cheap polyester, scrumpled in bags and in NO WAY resemble the pictures. I wouldn't even use them as dusters. I am now TEN EMAILS in trying to get my refund since September. I have had half of it but was promised a full refund and they are now ignoring my emails for my final £60.00. I had to pay for the returns (about £10.00) and they've had my returns since 24 OCTOBER. This has taken hours of my time whilst undergoing cancer treatment, something I did not need to add to my stress. SO DISAPPOINTED IN AZZURRA. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU DONT WANT TO LOSE MONEY. If I could give zero stars I would.

The dress I received was in awful condition: no tags, a strong plastic smell, and completely unwearable. It’s so poorly made that I can’t even sell or gift it. Despite providing evidence, their customer service refused to accept a return unless I paid for shipping. This has caused immense stress and wasted time. I strongly warn everyone to avoid this scam and save yourself the trouble.

I have received an item of clothing that is the worst fabric and fit of anything I have ever ordered. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. Absolutely awful. I have looked for the returns portal and there isn’t one! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!

Awful!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! Ordered 2 dresses. Absolutely nothing like the dresses advertised on the website. Completely different fabric! Think a table cloth would have fitted better. Unable to return as were called as “sale” for having a measly £8 pounds off. Suckered into buying 2 of these dresses for a wedding, couldn’t even give away at a car boot! Shocking!

Awful! I’ve asked to speak to a manager to get my returns resolved and the advisors is just making stuff up. Do not buy from this business!

Received my dress after waiting over 3 weeks to find the sizing is completely inaccurate and the quality is not as advertised on the website. I have reached out to the website with a response that I will incur an up to £15 charge to return the item. Wish I had read the reviews before hand

Horrific.
Took forever to come (which is expected)

But £50 on a dress that is no way near alike other than the colour.

A loose, Bardot shoulder maxi dress came as a tight fish net cheap see through net. Be better to use to catch crabs with on Skegness beach.

Outfits are nothing like the photos, awaiting a reply and refund which I hope happens as £50 on cheap ass shit is horrific.

Still waiting for over $400 dollars reimbursement after 3+ months! I updated my wardrobe on 19.4.25, purchasing nearly $600 worth of clothing. It arrived on 5.5.25 and I had a chance to try on the clothes that weekend. Unfortunately all but 2 items were too big (despite my using their measurement guide), so I contacted Azzurra to exchange 6 items for a smaller size. They confirmed receipt of my returned garments on 23.5.25 and I've been chasing them ever since! Initially I was seeking the same garments in a smaller size. There were a few emails back and forth, often with Azzurra asking the same questions and not getting anywhere. In the last few weeks I am demanding my money back, but no one is responding to emails. Do not trust this site to provide satisfactory customer service!!

Extremely Disappointed—Won’t Be Purchasing Again

I’ve given this brand multiple chances, but the quality and customer service have left me completely disappointed.

My first purchase was a coat listed as a size Large. What I received was closer to a size 2—I could barely fit my arm through the sleeve. I ended up giving it away to a friend who could actually wear it. The material was so thin it couldn’t possibly be considered a winter coat. Maybe on a 27° spring day it could work as a light shoulder cover, but definitely not for colder weather.

I did receive one beautiful knit dress that I was genuinely happy with—the quality was great. But unfortunately, that was the exception.

My most recent order included two dresses that were a complete letdown. One was so sheer it requires a slip just to be wearable, and it looks nothing like the photo online. The other had the same low-quality fabric and construction. Honestly, they feel like they were made in the same factory, and neither justifies the price tag.

When I raised my concerns, I was met with pushback and told that refunds aren’t available for sale items. That’s unacceptable. If the items are misrepresented or defective, the sale status shouldn’t matter.

The quality is comparable to fast fashion brands like Shein, but at a much higher cost. I won’t be purchasing again, and I’ll continue to raise this issue because customers deserve better.

The website states that they do easy returns and have a 100% satisfaction rate. I contacted the company for a return as the dresses colour was different to as portrayed on the website. I was told it was a sale item and that I couldn’t and that they only do returns if it’s faulty; which again is not stated on the website. Would NOT order again!!!!
