I wasn’t sure about this store in the beginning (I thought it’s another Shein or something), but then I decided to give it a try and ordered a couple of dresses and tops. I was very impressed with the quality especially for this price. I needed to return 1 thing and their return policy turned out extremely convenient as well. Will definitely order again. Love their designs.

I would give negative stars if possible. This is a SCAM!! I placed an order on 3/30/26 and requested a cancellation within 3 hours of ordering due to changing my mind. However, after contacting customer support, Emily, told me that because it had been 24 hrs, the order couldn’t be cancelled. I clarified that it had only been three hours but they refused to cancel since it had been “processed”. It took 3 weeks to receive the package and it’s HORRIBLE! The dresses look NOTHING like the picture. They are not wearable, wrong in size, and very cheaply made. There’s no invoice and no tags on the dresses. I contacted customer service for a refund and they have not responded. Please do not order. I have reported this website to the FTC and local UK authorities because they’re a scam. Please report as well so they can get shut down.

Lengthy delivery times and very poor quality of clothing! Definitely not worth the prices they are charging! Please avoid this company at all costs!

Non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta per il reso che ovviamente non mi faranno fare. Scandaloso da denuncia!

Absolute SCAM of a company.
Ordered the dress and it arrived in an A5 sized package, immediately knew it would be shocking.
Opened the package, observed the worst material of dress I have ever seen and after trying the dress on and being able to see my underwear it was that see through, I packaged back up and went to look on how to return.
After a very complicated search I eventually found an email address to start the return process to which I was offered 2 options: 1 being store credit for the £45 which was not even going to be considered because if the dress was bad quality they would all be the same. And Option 2 being a 25% refund… which is an absolute joke considering the dress quality was shocking and I was deceived by the photos on their website and all their ‘influencer’ posts on Instagram.
I explained neither of these options are acceptable and demanded a full refund to which I was granted on the condition I pay for the return fee…
The return fee was $10.40 which worked out £8 return which is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS for a dress which is worst quality than something I have purchased off Shein!
DO NOT BUY from their SCAM of a company!!

Ich habe einige Artikel im Wert von fast 400€ bestellt. Die gelieferten Artikel sahen nicht annähernd hochwertig aus und die Größen waren eine Katastrophe. Für die angemeldete Retoure wurde mir eine Adresse in China zugesandt. Retoure (natürlich auf eigene Kosten) an die genannte Adresse geschickt. Bis heute ist das Paket nie bei dem angeblichen Warenlager angekommen und meine fast 400€ habe ich nie wieder gesehen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Definitiv Betrugsmaschen zu erkennen.

I’m writing a 2nd review as I have still yet to receive my refund for a purchase I made in July 2025. Please feel free to read my previous review in November 2025. It is absolutely unacceptable! I was promised a full refund after paying for a returns label (around £15), they said it would take 10 days and it has been nearly 4 months. I have been ignored for months and finally someone got back to me a few days ago saying my case is ‘under investigation’. I’m yet to see any refund and I am also £15 down from the returns label.

Also they tried to have my previous review removed but was unsuccessful. So watch out for them doing this to you too.

I love the high waisted trousers. They are some of the most comfortable pants that actually fit me. I am short and I love that they come in a short fit.

I feel super stupid to not read any reviews first. On Facebook it is portrayed as being classy and elegant. There is nothing classy and elegant about these two coats I got from them.

They are nothing but hideously cheap looking. The materials could not even been used as rags. The full prices of these items are over $80. They look like $5 pieces of shxx. Stay away from it.

Where shall I begin? The customer service I have been dealing with never read any thing or does what you asked for. I asked for a return instruction and was denied from day 1 claiming that those in sales items are NOT returnable.
Then it offered 15% , 33% and lastly 50% refund and for me to keep these hideous tops. I kept asking for a return instruction. No one gave me any information. And one day they decided to close all the communication . This is well over two weeks of back and fourth emails without any resolution. No decent company treats customers this way. If you really want to be representing something elegant and classy but selling pieces of garbages you won’t survive. And customer service here does not exist. What kind of business model do they have. Stay away from it !!! I could relate to many of these reviews here on Trustpilot. Do not waste your time and money with them.
