Needing a replacement roof ASAP as water coming into my kids room that insurance wouldn’t cover - spoke to the team and made everything easy from start to finish - roof was complete it 2 working days

From start to finish I was well informed the boys that came were polite and worked hard I am over the moon with my walls would recommend to anyone looking for new roughcasting tidied up everything once work was carried out

I can't fault the workmanship of 2 employees who attended the house, however the before and after communication was very poor.
Promises offered by the original salesperson were not honoured by the fitting team, ended up waiting 8 weeks for the work to commence and that was only because I pursued them.
The day after completion I received 2 texts and 2 phone calls pushing for final payment even before the workmen had returned to check their work! I found this really cheeky when I hadn't been late with any of the earlier payments and I had waited so long for the work to actually be started. Probably wouldn't recommend to anyone else for these reasons

Excellent tradesmen kept me informed done an excellent job very happy left the finished job very clean and tidy would highly recommend to anyone requiring rough casting.

First meeting was fine, job priced and discussed with sales rep. Agreed price. Was told work would start in A few weeks. Received a phone call after a couple of days to say the sales rep and proced job wrongly and it would be another 2 grand. When stated I had read other reviews stating this was a common practice I was told that bespoke are not making much money in the job and I am welcome to cancel. Once I agreed to continue work the skip and scaffolding turned up early, all good until the scaffolding could not be fully installed as I was at work and my car would be blocked in due to not being made aware of arrival date. The scaffolding was erected and sat for a week before anywork commenced. Was told all boards need replaced by rep only to receive quote stating boards replaced where required, looks like they were not required or rep was wrong ? Roofers were a little messy leaving a large number of nails in the drive possibly leading tyre damage. After the roofers were finished I was asked to sign job off without seeing finished work. Waited till I got home to inspect, received calls and messages urging me to sign off job. Once I had signed off waited 3 days for scaffolding to be removed causing me to incur charging cost for vehicle as I couldn't access charge plug. It was only the comment of myself taking scaffolding down that seemed to speed things up. Roofers friendly, sales rep friendly, Alan friendly but lacked updates on job. Just hope reading other reviews the work is of the standard expected.

Our roof was getting old and we thought it would be best to replace this before we had any issues. After some research we decided to contact B-Spoke. This was influenced by the fact they were a relatively large company with good reviews and offered credit.
Customer service was initially fantastic even the hard sales pitch (which was expected) wasn't painful and work was planned to commence quickly which was great as we were going on holiday with our 9-month-old and would be away for most of the work.
The scaffolding and skip arrived quickly, and everything seemed promising for work being completed when we were away. I returned from the holiday 5 days later and the roof was almost finished with just the finishing touches to go.
Unfortunately, this is where the good ended and our troubles started.
Upon the roofer leaving I decided to take a trip up the scaffolding to inspect the roof which looked great however the gutters were full of debris from the roofing works which I had to clear out. I also noticed that debris and rubbish hadn’t been cleaned up from the ground and I spent about an hour of my time brushing up broken tiles, offcuts of wood and countless nails. I understand that some level of owner cleaning is required after any home works however this was a bit beyond this.
I received a phone call the following day from the project manager letting me know that the skip couldn’t be collected due to being over full and was told this was my fault as I had put some bricks in the skip and I would be liable to pay for this (I spoke to the previous project manager before the holiday and was given approval to do this). The skip was overfull with countless batons, pallets and other debris spilling out and to be honest this was not a result of some bricks. I was informed that they would arrange for the excess items to be removed and collected separately and that the skip collection would be rearranged.
A couple of days after this the scaffolding was taken down, and I was informed that this would be removed in a couple of days.

This is the point when everything went wrong. We had a couple of days heavy rain and the gutters were pouring water. I contacted the project manager and was told the roofer would come and fix it. This required 2 visits to correct and I was told it was because the gutters were full of moss and hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Leaking gutters was not an issue before the roofing works.
2 weeks later we were still in the position of having a skip in the driveway and scaffolding all over our front garden and pavement as well as a pile of rubbish which had been taken out the skip sitting in the garden.
This took multiple phone calls to the project manager to get this collected and I was repeatedly told it would be cleared in a day or two. It got to the stage where I ended up contacting the skip company and arranging uplift myself.
It was a happy day when we were finally able to reclaim our driveway and not have to park the car on the road to get our son in and out.
However, this was not the end of our problems. When the skip was removed multiple areas of the monoblock were damaged which was extremely disappointing as the driveway was less than a year old and had cost a lot of money.
At this point I believe I was dealing with one of the owners as the project manager was on holiday and was told that as part of the contract, we were expected to take precautions to protect the property. We asked before the work commenced if protection would be placed under the skip to protect the drive and we were told it would, if this was not the case, we would have been happy to do something on our end to protect the driveway.
After weeks of going back and forth B-spoke agreed to replace the damaged monoblock and this was done last weekend.
To put this in perspective work was started on 08/07/2026 and work and damage repair was completed on 05/09/2026. This has dragged on for 2 months when we were initially told that it would take 1-2 weeks. I understand that with B-spoke rectifying the damage this would taken longer but 2 months is a bit extreme.
Overall I can’t fault the roofing work however the customer service following B-Spoke receiving payment has been shocking. This is the reason behind the 2 stars. Would I recommend B-Spoke to someone else, I’m really not sure.

Don't use this company, they installed a brand new roof early last year, skimped on materials (reused the old sarking even though the new stuff was paid for). It started leaking in November last year l, and thats the scaffolding just down last week.

They have also claimed that because I requested compensation for them to make it right, that if I leave bad reviews then they will look to get legal advice because apparently leaving bad reviews after requesting compensation is extortion.

I've spoken to 4 different installation managers and been ignored the first 3 times (the third guy couldn't even get my name right). Alan has been great though, somehow managed to get the scaffolding down the next day after speaking to him, he's only been with the company for around 2 months but he is the most professional employee out of the lot of them.

They are also lax on their data protection laws, ignoring multiple SARs

Do not expect this company to be nice to deal with, I really hope the warranty runs out with no further issues because I am dreading the day I need to contact them again.

Beginning and end of the job was very good .some bits in between were frustrating .work carried out was good quality and problems we experienced were sorted out to our satisfaction. Personal involvement from management was much appreciated .

Had a roughcast with them;

Filled out an enquiry form at 11:30 on Monday, had an in person appointment and no obligation (very reasonable) quote on Tuesday, booked in and worked around me from then on,

Surveyor (Jim) was top notch, explained everything, was minimally intrusive and answered queries comfortably.
Sales team amazing, Marc in particular was great at keeping me informed throughout.
The installation team were above and beyond. Arrived day one, introduced themselves, double checked certain cosmetic bits and bobs and got to it, during installation they were minimally obtrusive, very polite and respectful of my property and very transparent with any potential delays, changes or amendments. On completion, they tidied very well and left my house in a very good state, they also tidied my neighbours gardens to pick up any stones that had strayed. Very respectful of all property and very quick too, additionally, they agreed a date to return to re attach wall fixings.

Cash Payment is taken in easy ‘chunks’ with a 200£ deposit to secure bookings topped up to 25% thereafter, 50% once installations booked and remaining 25% on completion, these were completed with minimal issues and staff text as soon as payment is received for peace of mind

Overall I am over the moon with this company. And I would highly recommend them for rough casting. The house looks like a completely new one.

The salesman was excellent and took the time to explain all the options available to us, including the finance package, which we decided to go ahead with. Once everything was arranged, we were passed over to the fitting team, who were fantastic. The lads couldn’t do enough to help and made sure everything was completed to a very high standard.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on providing great customer service. The pricing was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend B-Spoke Group to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a smooth, hassle-free experience from start to finish. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Recently had roof / roughcasting done. Salesman Shaun was excellent and clearly guided us through the process before anything was signed.

Our install from start to finish was handled brilliantly, with all trades very respectful of our property. The aftercare was excellent also, all waste and scaffold was promptly taken away.

Highly recommend this company for Roofing and roughcasting works.

The start of the process was great. Tom the sales rep was clear in what was going on and very approachable. The fitters where great did a great job on the roof. But I have now been chasing them for 2 months (job was completed on the 17th of April 2026) to collect the rubbish that has been left and even now there is still some there to this day (12th of June 2026). I do not know if other customers have had this same experience but they have sadly let themselves down.
