B-Spoke Group Reviews

Fast and professional work carried out once started, easy to get hold of by email/phone call for any querys, high quality materials, would recommend to others.

Fantastic job, done as an emergency as I had water pouring into the second bedroom. Rep was very knowledgable and answered all my questions, I was happy that I could fund this through a finance option as I didn’t have the money in full to pay for the roof. Guys who fitted the roof couldn’t have been nicer and was more than happy to offer them a coffee or two.

Work carried out to high standards, however there was a problem and they did not hesitate to come back quickly

Excellent service ,work force very professional ,brilliant job and cleanliness afterwards 👏

I am very happy with my new roof.every body was really helpful especially all the guys who came to replace the roof.brilliant and very professional + everything was cleared up when finished. thank you

Was quoted far too much for roof, and tiles I picked are not suitable for my kind of roof, wanted a deposit up front, said that they had to insure skip, the skip company does this, sales guy had the patter, but no roofer, shop about

Thomas was very kind and professional when it came to providing us with a quote for our new roof. He broke down every detail of the quote and assured that we would be satisfied with the product provided, putting our minds at ease. He was extremely knowledgeable and we could tell that he was passionate about the product. He also carried out a quick but accurate survey of our roof so that we would know the extent of the work that would have to be carried out.

Good compony to deal with, had a few issues but they were quickly dealt with. Would recommend them to anyone. Had a sun tube fitted with the roof and it was done professionally to a good standard.

I am delighted with my new roof!
Aaron was extremely helpful when he came to the house for the initial meeting & when he examined the roof it was in a much worse condition than I realised so probably wouldn’t have survived another winter. He was informative & clearly explained all my options without being pushy & giving me the hard sale.
The guys who came to replace the roof were polite & helpful & kept me informed of the progress each day. Special thanks to Robert who managed to replace large pieces of rotten timber before the roof went on. Once it got started it was a slick operation & care was taken to tidy everything up afterwards. I can’t thank B Spoke enough for saving me from a winter of leaking ceilings & stress…thank you all.

Highly satisfied with the whole process, constant communication and always on time.
Really professional from the start to end product.
Will certainly have them do my roof
Certainly highly recommend.

Very simple and straight forward company.

Needed new roughcast on most of my house, first time property owner so wasn’t sure about the options. Made it very very easy to choose my preferred style and made my house look like a new build, was shocked at the difference plus finance options meant I didn’t need to pay everything in the one go.
Brilliant, will use again if I buy another house in dire need of an uplift.

Special thanks to Mark who came out to look at our roof. He was helpful, informative and professional. After external and internal reviews he gave us great advice.
I would recommend Mark and his team.

Had Mark out this evening to give me a quote for a new roof and rough casting. He was very pleasant, professional and full explained the process on what was needed.

had a new roof done by this company last year late November Early December, many problems, they do not reply to me to rectify the problems. have phoned many times, e-mailed them. sent photo's of problems but still no responce. think they use contract workers not their own roofers if they have any. would suggest anyone using them have everything in writing and receipts for all cash But not use them.

Got my roof done. Workers done a good job, roof looks great. Signed off by surveyor. Customer service was good

Quick response to initial enquiry for roughcasting on property over 70years old.
Representative arrived to do home check/quote at time and date to suit myself. Process clearly explained
and didn't feel pressured.
Work was done quickly and to high standard.

We initially went with BSpoke Group in March and got a quote. Paid deposit but finances changed and we had to cancel. Bspoke were very good in that the refunded us our deposit of £2.5k. Our situation improved and we went back to them and agreed for the job to start. The surveyor came out and the next day I got a phone call saying the job would be £1.9k more than we agreed and what was stated in contract. Turns out they didn't include the base of my house which I was led to believe was included. After many phone called we wanted the contract cancelled and was told they would need to look into that as surveyor had been put and he carried a fee. Not sure why this was said because it wasn't my fault they messed up contract/price. In the end they came back and said they would skim base for and extra £1k to which I reluctantly agreed as I just wanted it done and dusted. When the job was being done I was on holiday. I came back and was confused because they'd roughcasted the base (what they were trying to charge me £1.9k for) which wasn't what I requested.
The roughcasting was done excellently but the whole rigmarole of pricing and charging more than what was agreed kinda annoyed me.

A exceptional company my roof was extremely well done without a problem and the honest communication with the roofer was excellent first class job from start to finish. Without a doubt I will use B Spoke Group again

I had my house roughcasted and very happy with the results. I had extreme damage to my wall due to age, wear and tear. Now, it looks like a different house, it’s lovely. The whole process was very straight forward and communication was excellent. The men that carried out the work were quick and efficient and done an amazing job. They left no mess and tidied up once job was complete.

Had B-Spoke Group do my roof and roughcast on my property. Good experience from start to finish. We've had many comments from neighbours within the village on how great our house looks! Fast and efficient service and would recommend. Unfortunately, we did have damage to one of our windows and window frame when the tiles were being taken off the roof. However, B-Spoke Group have agreed to have the window replaced.
