Great company, very rare to find anywhere that has real customer service nowadays but these guys are great. Needed a custom size stairgate, left a message and Jody got back to me a few hours later, order was despatched the same day and she followed up to check the fitting etc was all good.

The gate fits perfectly and was really easy to install. Really positive experience.

Bought one of these fire guards recently and Jody in customer service was extremely helpful. She ensured a speedy delivery and also followed up with an email to confirm that it fit correctly as I wasn’t sure about the sizing when ordering which Jody also helped to steer me in the right direction. Great service and a very sturdy fireguard.

I decided on one of these fire guards as the paint is heat-resistant; they were also sturdy looking and fixed onto the wall. Jody helped me to purchase the correct guard to fit. It only took a few working days to get to me. Easy to put up. I am pleased with it - it looks nice and I now have peace of mind that my child will be safe. Jody sent a follow-up email to check I was happy with it, so I thought this was good customer service.

Order placed on the 16th of October for Fast Delivery. The item was showing as in stock and ready to ship on a 48hr service. The next day I got an email saying there was a delay and I should expect it to take a week to arrive which I accepted. Then another email a week later saying a delay and finally another email claiming it would take another month... Just a bit of a waste of time on an item we needed ASAP. Shame as I try and buy directly from smaller firms but these guys are just jokers presumably with cash flow issues or similar. They do reply quickly to emails and have offered me a refund but its simple just don't sell products you don't have...

I was unsure which fire guard to purchase to keep my children away from the log burner and after making an initial enquiry via phone, Jody helped me to purchase the right guard for my needs. We bought the Babasafe fireguard and while it's more expensive than other models on the market it's a high quality product so money well spent. We were supported very well at every step from the initial inquiry to delivery and installation by Jody who was prompt, proactive and very well informed. Top marks.

We bough this fireguard on recommendation from a family member. From start to finish Jody was very responsive and proactive in managing our needs from a sizing perspective, which was very important to us. Not only did he provide advise during the purchase, he also followed up after the sale to make sure we were happy with everything, which went beyond expectations. This is a premium product, sturdy and well made. Love how the guard can be clicked out of the spring loaded brackets during periods when the fire isn't used to store it away. Would highly recommend.

I contacted Babasafe to understand which size fireguard to get for my fireplace. Jody responded quickly the following day to confirm the size. I had a few issues with my card issuer when purchasing the fireguard. Jody and her colleague quickly confirmed that no transaction went through and put my mind at ease. When the transaction did successfully go through, the item arrived within a few days, and a follow-up email was sent to ask if everything was ok.
