Highly recommend!
I rented the Gazelle S double in September 2025 for a holiday. The pram was exceptional, brand new with all the accessories. Delivery was on time, offloading the pram was seamless and entirely stress free. We’ll definitely be using Baboodle again for going away and possibly for if we have another child. Some baby products are used for such a short amount of time that this rental service can make a lot more sense especially if you want a higher end product without the entire cash outlay. We decided to keep it a little longer so the flexibility was great.
I must admit I was worried as the airline had caused a couple scratches so I wondered if I would be charged but I wasn’t. It was included in their wear and tear.

Couldn’t have been easier
Couldn’t have been easier. Rented a cot and pram for the first 4 months of our newborn and returned them as soon as we were finished. Great communication and easy return.
Unpleasant experience
We rented a Snoo through this company because we are extremely sleep-deprived with our 7-week-old baby and were hoping it would help us get some rest. Unfortunately, the experience has been very frustrating so far.
The delivery arrived three days later than scheduled. The only communication we received was a single email saying they expected to deliver “by the end of the week,” but there was no proactive follow-up after that. I had to chase them myself to find out what was happening.
When the package finally arrived, the setup was still not usable. The cot mattress is about 8 cm too short when placed in the cot, which obviously raises safety concerns. On top of that, the sleep sack that was sent is not Snoo-compatible, so we can’t actually use the system as intended.
Customer service responses have been slow and not very helpful, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Now we have to wait several more days for replacement parts before we can even try the Snoo—after already waiting for the delayed delivery.
As new parents running on very little sleep, we were really hoping for a smooth experience. Instead, it has added more stress at a time when reliability and support matter the most.
Great concept
Great concept, perfect for what we needed. Everything was pretty smooth, a couple of small issues with delivery and collection but these were resolved quickly. Would definitely use again and would recommend!
Stock issues
Ordered and paid for a pram for holiday with the 2 day window the website recommends, however due to stock I did not receive in time. Communication wasn’t great on this at first when I chased for a delivery update which was disappointing and stressful as we had to scramble to get another travel pram before our holiday. However, after talking to Katie I believe an email was sent but there was an error in receiving as it is not in my inbox or junk/spam.
I would say order much more in advance than 2 days of needing but then that does mean you will have to pay for the subscription for longer. I needed the pram for 3.5 weeks exactly so I did not want to order too early as I didn’t want to be charged for 2 months subscription just for having it a little over a month as it seems the subscription works on a monthly rate instead of a daily/weekly rate

Highly recommend using baboodle, we ordered a Joolz Aer + for a few days and it arrived on time well packaged with travel bag with it and very clean! Communication was great and really easy quick service and very reasonably priced compared to if you were to buy the pram! Definitely will be using again in the summer for our next trip!
Customer Support makes it easy
Baboodle is a great concept and the customer support is fantastic. They were happy to answer my questions about the product I wanted and if it was compatible with what I already had and made the rental process easy. I had issues with the return because DPD were useless, but that’s not Baboodle’s fault and they gave more excellent support.

I’m a returning customer and I will always recommend Baboodle. Such a fantastic hassle-free service. Great products available that can be rented at dates that suit you. The customer service is brilliant and the delivery & return is quick and easy.
