Great service and the monthly rental meant we didn’t need to spend money on something that would only be used for a short amount of time

Such a great platform! So easy to use and excellent customer service; it has come in so handy for us for short term travel rentals. Plus I love the positive environmental impact of reusing the endless things kids need and outgrow.

Wonderful customer service. After they forgot to include the pram adapters, they sent an uber directly to my house with them to make sure I had them on time for my trip.

You just don’t get customer service like this anymore. Super happy

I’ve rented a couple of items from Baboodle so far and I’ve been so impressed. Everything has arrived on time and has been either brand new or in absolutely perfect condition.

I couldn’t recommend the company — or the concept — more highly. It’s perfect for trying out items you’re not sure you or your baby will like, or for those things you only need for a short time.

Such a brilliant service, and I’ll definitely be renting more from them!

Excellent service from start to finish. Prams in excellent condition, delivery very efficient, communication very good. highly recommend and have used on several occasions.

We used Baboodle for a short term rental of the Joolz Aer + with carry cot for our 3 month old for a weeks ski holiday. It was perfect. The customer service before hand was great and they answered my questions quickly. The pushchair came in brilliant condition, as if I’d bought it new! And the returns process was easy and quick. DPD came to our door to collect and I used the boxes provided when delivered. Easy!

We used Baboodle for a short-term rental of the Babyzen Yoyo stroller for a flight and city break with our 3-month old baby (our usual pram is a very bulky Silver Cross). The whole rental process was seamless, from the initial order to the delivery and to organising the return. Customer service was quick and friendly, too. We will definitely be using Baboodle again!

Great service and the bouncer we hired worked perfectly for the time we needed it. It was clean and in good nick. And when our baby grew out of it the return was really easy. So nice to not have to faff with trying to sell the item or not knowing what to do with it when the baby can’t use it anymore. Highly recommend hiring from Baboodle.

Buggy arrived very quickly once ordered and in immaculate condition - used it for about 9 months. Returns process was super easy once I got round to boxing it all back up! Would definitely use Baboodle again and would recommend to others.

Brilliant! Exactly what I needed for the time it was required. Just makes so much sense. Even better than 'try before you buy' as can simply send back when the item is no longer needed. Great customers services, easy to place an order. An item was missed from my delivery and it was very quickly resolved.

However, I was shocked when I opened the box. The pushchair was dirty, seat was stained, wheels were dirty and covered in strands of hairs and the frame was full of deep scratches. It has seen better days.

Quoted from their website “ All of our items are deep-cleaned, safety-checked and fulfilled in-house at our London warehouse, to ensure that there is no compromise to style or safety when hiring rather than buying.”

Looking at how it arrived, there was no way that the pushchair was ever deep-cleaned. I stripped it completely, machine washed the fabric and steam cleaned the entire pushchair, even the wheels.

The idea of renting was brilliant as I only needed it for a few days and due to limited storage, I didn’t want to purchase another.

Can’t fault their customer services but they really need to do better in quality checking their products prior to sending them out to their paying customers, especially these products are for children, and cleanliness should be their utmost priority. This was my first ever time hiring or purchasing used baby products and it certainly will be my last. Not a fan, sorry.

Just so easy! Thank you to the team at Baboodle, saved us hours of sleepless nights with the Snoo and thousands of ££ not having to buy it. Babies grow out of everything at the speed of light and a company like Baboodle takes all that stress away. We rented the Snoo, a highchair baby seat and now a foot warmer for our pushchair during the winter season. Excellent service as we lost the box the Snoo arrived in but it was no trouble at all for Dan and the team. Many thanks again, highly recommended to all our friends with babies.

Good communication. Fast delivery and pick up and great product.

I borrowed 2 Babyzen Yoyo buggies for my twins for a trip to Japan (also the back pack and rain covers). They arrived as scheduled (bar one day but this was a DPD issue and they recommend to have it arrive earlier than you need it so I’m glad I did this!). One of the rain covers didn’t fit as expected but they were quick to send me a replacement. Returning was also easy and DPD arrived as scheduled to take the boxes away. I’ll definitely be using them again for our next holiday!

I ordered two items from Baboodle and used them for a few months then returned them in line with their policy, they have since continued to charge my card!! They’re continuing to take huge amounts of money from me and they haven’t cancelled my subscription even though they have the items back. They’re ignoring my many emails and it’s impossible to speak to someone. I’ll never use this company again.
