Weeks Later and Still Faulty and Unresolved
Not clear why previous review was removed...Since posting the below things have continued to get worse. Downgraded rating accordingly.
"Had such a good experience (Natalie I think) when ordering, but after first not receiving a mattress and now coming to build, have found the quality of the bed is poor and I've been sent the wrong parts, so can't even install properly.
My daughter remains without a bed and I'm getting zero response from customer service. I have called in excess of 25 times today."

Absolutely awful experience with this company.
I ordered two beds on 3rd March 2026 for my son and daughter and have since received FOUR faulty beds, all with the same issue. Each time I was promised a resolution, but nothing was ever properly fixed.
Communication has been extremely poor. My emails go unanswered, my questions are ignored, and I have been unable to get through to anyone on the phone. I was even asked to measure the beds myself for replacement parts, which is completely unreasonable when buying brand new furniture.
They have said they will collect the beds but have never provided a collection date or clear refund timeframe, leaving me completely stuck.
To make things worse, the delivery process caused damage to my home.
This situation has had a real impact on my children, who both have autism. They were prepared for one change, but have now had to deal with multiple disruptions and still have no proper beds. It has been stressful and upsetting for them.
I have now lost all trust in this company. I am still waiting for a resolution and have had to escalate the issue through Klarna and Citizens Advice.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
