Highly recommend
I had previously ordered two set of beds and two mattresses from this company and I must say I am amazed! They are both of good quality and for small double beds really spacious. The draws attached to the bottom of the beds are a good size ideal for clothes or even toys.. my kids love them we love them and I am looking to order from this company again.. highly recommend… quick easy delivery and customer services were on board with me when I had some questions about the beds .. thanks again.

Really easy ordering process with a good guide on what matress was ideal for our toddler, super quick delivery was delivered about 5 days before the original time so very happy with that! Would definitely use again in the future and happily recommend to others.

Hidden Delivery Charges
Haven't ordered anything from this company yet. Was going to today but at checkout a delivery charge of £149.99 was applied. When I reviewed the Terms and Conditions there was no mention of a charge at this level, only a charge of £49 would apply and thats it. When approached, they offered a very small discount which I already had and offered nothing more. Nothing in the T&C's suggested any large increase in delivery charges and the company seemingly have been very unhelpful this far. A shame because we wanted the bed but the dishonesty and unhelpfulness alone will mean we won't use them. Avoid.

We’re sorry you feel this way and understand your disappointment regarding the delivery charge.
Our product prices are kept as competitive as possible, while delivery is a separate service and the cost is determined by the courier network and the location being delivered to. Although our standard delivery charge is £49, there are a very small number of areas that fall outside the courier’s standard delivery zones and therefore incur an additional delivery fee.
We always aim to be transparent about these charges and are sorry if the delivery cost was not what you expected at checkout. We did also try to offer a further discount as a gesture of goodwill.
That said, we are disappointed to see a negative review based on an order that was never placed and a service that was therefore never provided. We fully respect your decision not to proceed with the purchase, but we feel it would be fair to judge our products and service based on an actual customer experience.
We wish you all the best and hope you find a suitable bed elsewhere.

Terrible delivery time
Ordered a cot bed prepared to wait the long delivery time it stated, even though the website advertises speedy delivery. We’re over the 21 working days it stated for delivery and have not received any answer on when the cot will even be dispatched.

The bed is great quality and is just… perfect
The bed is great quality and is just what we were looking for. We installed it ourselves and it was an ottoman but this was really easy! It looks lovely in my daughter’s room and is a great first bed which will last years. The support team are great at answering queries.
