Incredible customer service from Sophie! Fast response when dealing with an issue and all sorted by email in only a couple of hours!

On top of this we absolutely adore our Babybrezza Formula Advanced. It has well and truly been an absolute lifesaver - by far the best purchase we made in the lead up to having our baby girl.

Great customer service received and prompt resolution to my issue as unfortunately I had a fault with my steriliser. Polly quickly resolved this and has sent out a replacement machine as I was within warranty and has advised me how to correctly look after the machine.

Fantastic customer service! Can’t fault them they have been great with dealing with a fault with our Steriliser. Had a new one sent out within a day of reporting.

The support team is great. They assist very quickly when you request any assistance.

Quite honestly the worst designed products I have ever used. It seems really clear to me that no one on this design team has babies. Not one part of the design is efficient or easy to disconnect/slot in. Bottles fall over in the bottle washer, you need the steady hand of the bomb squad to balance lids and teets in the top shelf or slot back on the lid, and when taking the lid off, everything falls off, the handle of the water tank gets in the way of the lid & it is so odd that they don’t have an automatic quick wash-quick sterilise option without having to hang around waiting in between to manually select it, and the bottle maker is equally arduous and inefficiently made. Such an expensive, disappointing brand.

We loved our baby brezza milk warmer! It was particularly handy for whenever I was away and my husband needed to warm up some breast milk. It’s so good that it warms it without loosing any nutrients and goodness.

My baby brezza pro formula was making a horrible noise after nearly 9 months of usage. I have send them.just a picture and in 10 min was all sorted. Very professional, and hi productive. I really appreciate all the team support.

We bought our bottle washer pro back in February we use it twice daily most days and it’s been fantastic, it came up with a glitch and we couldn’t trouble shoot it so got in touch with the team and they responded quickly and promptly and dispatched us a replacement their 18 month extended warranty is fantastic and the team are so easy to deal with. A couple of WhatsApp messages back and forth it couldn’t have been easier. Cannot recommend the product enough and the customer service is second to none alongside the product. Really have confidence in the brand, the product and the team behind it.

We love our Babybrezza products. We have a bottle washer and formula pro and these have saved my sanity during the newborn stages. When baby is crying for milk in the late nights, having something that can help make milk within seconds was honestly life-changing

I absolutely love my Baby Brezza! It’s made feeding time so much easier and smoother — especially during those busy days with a baby. The quality is great, it’s super easy to use and clean, and it’s one of those products I now can’t imagine our routine without. Highly recommend it to all new parents!

Very happy with our bottle washer pro, and our formula pro! Very easy to set up and use. Will take a lot of pressure off when baby arrives.

I had to order some descaling tablets & detergent tablets for my machine. Had a problem via Royal Mail which my parcel had arrived opened and empty. I sent an email of proof of this and spoke to a lovely customer service representative Polly over the phone and email, who sorted a replacement order out within minutes! Fantastic customer service & very happy.

Will always recommend the brand, and even more so now you can depend on the customer service.

My BabyBrezza machine unfortunately broke down but the team were incredibly responsive in following through on the warranty and sending out a new unit.

Excellent customer service. We had a machine we werent happy with that we had used but was worried about the function. This company allowed us to return the tiem and provided us a credit to order what we did want. Excellent service, one of the best have ever dealt with - would 100% use them again

Excellent customer service received after our Bottle Washer Pro developed a fault and had to be replaced. Prompt responses to emails, clear instructions provided and new unit delivered within two working days. A shame the unit was faulty. It was working well before that for about 6 weeks.
