If I could give this place 0 stars I genuinely would. Ordered my pram on 7th dec paid in full was told it would be here the week of the 12th jan emailed after this and it was explained to me that my pram would be in that day and the base from the car seat would be in in 10 days as there was a delay I was more than patient after a further 2 weeks still nothing arrived I emailed to be told basically my order was never placed and I was lied to and it would be a further 2 weeks. Whatever you do don’t buy from this place the stress they cause is another level. Then I was offered “a few free gifts” as compensation I don’t want any free gifts I want my pram when I ordered it! Never answer the phone either quick enough to take your money

Ordered a next to me crib and took way too long to come for the price it was literal months it took.
Gave the extra star as staff were very helpful when emailing

Agree with many of the other reviews here, if I could give a lower rating, I would. Ordered nursery furniture (2 cots, plus mattresses, mattress for Snuzpod, rocking chair and change table - which arrived damaged) in October with an estimated delivery of the first week in Dec. I had to repeatedly chase them on a delivery date when they told me it would be delayed. It’s now February, my twins are due next week and I’m still waiting for the cots to be delivered. First it was issues with their supplier, now it’s issues with their courier and no one is available to take my call, responses to emails are ridiculously slow. I’m being told the courier will contact me with a new date and then nothing. I moved hospital apts etc to be at home today. To say Im livid and really upset by the experience is the biggest understatement. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS STORE. I spent a lot of money and their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Follow-up: cots arrived today but the above message stands, communication, customer service and follow-up leaves a lot to be desired. I would shop elsewhere.

We have bought from baby doc shop a few times and have had a brilliant experience, especially in store. I didn't get the store managers name but she was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Sometimes online orders can take time and if one part of the order is out of stock it can delay the whole order, however anytime we called they offered to ship the part of the order in stock immediately or even provide an alternative to the item we were waiting on. Fantastic place for all baby items.

Excellent experience. Great value and easy purchase process. There was good communication and updates were helpful and really speedy shipping.

Owners really need to read the reviews and act on them. I only wish I had read them & avoided the shop. I had many items to purchase from this retailer but will spend elsewhere given this shocking experience. Order placed 22nd October for 2 items, Pushchair & Footmuff paid in full . Its now mid January and still no footmuff. I was told a 3-6 week wait for orders which is acceptable. One can't be used without the other in our Irish Winter. Phone rings off the hook, no option to leave a voice message, even went to the shop in person to ask them to return my calls as communication between staff and customers is non existent. Manager seems to be on a Day off at least 3 times a week! Every date they give for "guaranteed delivery" is pushed back again & again, blaming the supply rep even though they have lied to me multiple times saying "it's here, physically just need to get it unloaded from order" It's impossible to get a straight, honest answer from staff. They will just tell you a rehearsed line of " Oh I'm not aware, I'm just a sales assistant" Baby will be walking by the time the complete order is received! Ordering here was my Biggest regret and a massive waste of my precious time.

Ordered a baby crib and it came 2 days later. Super fast service, the crib came in multiple boxes as it transforms while your child grows - these boxes were well labeled and meant we could store the junior bed and couch packs until we need them without having to open up all the boxes.
Great after sales service also - had a call from the company to check everything arrived OK and that we were happy with the item 😊

I ordered baby brezza steriliser. Ordering online is very easy and my order was delivered within 3 days. The steriliser is great and so easy to use. I bought another one again to be gifted to my brother in law who’s expecting their first baby.

Do not buy off BabyDoc shop. I am now blocked on instagram from tagging them and my comments get deleted. My buggy is still not replaced. Appalling customer service. I have a faulty buggy which has come back from "repairs" still not fixed. Keep blaming @icandyworlduk Shop staff mishandled my buggy causing further damage which they are saying is “wear and tear”. Impossible to get replies to emails or phone calls. And when you do you never know who you are getting an email from. I have rang to speak to a manager many times and they say there is no manager. Do not buy from here.

Fantastic shopping experience! Laura went above and beyond to help me when I was buying carseats for my twins. I would definitely recommend this shop and look forward to buying from them again in the near future👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Top class company. I ordered a car seat for my granddaughter and it was delivered two days later.

Product boxed well, arrived on time. It was very easy to setup and it looks very nice.

Not even worth 1 star, avoid at all costs. Meant to be “experts” as said on their slogan. Far from it. Ordered a bundle 9 weeks ago it’s fully paid with 6 weeks meant to be delivered since the first week of December it’s now the 18th and still absolutely nothing saying they are still waiting for it to come to their warehouse. My baby is due week after Xmas and I have no car seat no pram no nothing that I ordered and paid for and down all the money. They hound you for money through emails then don’t send what you paid for. Biggest regret dealing with these they really ruined my whole experience which is meant to be a lovely stress free time choosing your babies pram. I’m so disappointed.
Also not one bit helpful just keep saying someone will contact you today and keep saying the same thing no compensation nothing it’s a joke.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
Paid in full in October for our buggy co sleeper car seat and baby bundle - fast forward to a week before our baby is due and all we have received is a car seat and a baby bath , won’t refund us the full amount, didn’t communicate with us regarding delays , emailing every day offered us a really low refund because I had opened the car seat box. Still no refund still no buggy or any of the bits missing - left us so unbelievably stressed 6 days before I have my baby !!!

Ordered the UppaBaby Travel Bag last minute for a trip abroad and was really impressed. The order was processed quickly, shipped straight away, and arrived on time — just in time for our flight on Monday. It was packed securely and delivered with care. Great service all around!

I ordered a buggy bag and wasn’t sure which one would fit my buggy, so I reached out on WhatsApp. They were genuinely helpful from the start. They explained that my buggy doesn’t have its own branded bag and recommended a great alternative instead, even sending me the direct link. I placed the order and the product arrived in just two days. Excellent service from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend them enough

Ordered the attachment I needed . Shipped and arrived the next day . Would highly recommend.
