You can’t cancel the premium subscription. Don’t buy it!

If I could give zero stars I would. Like lots of others in this thread, I have found this a scam. I tried to cancel my 3-day free trial but was unable to login. I contacted their support, who stalled until I was charged for not cancelling my free trial. They've told me to login and cancel, even though I have told them I can't. I've reported it as a fraudulent transaction to my bank and am just annoyed I have to cancel my card to prevent them from taking more of my money.

In addition, it's a crap tool. It just makes a weird mashup of your photo and your partner's. AVOID.

Attention arnaque !! On nous propose trois jours gratuits avant de passer à l'abonnement payant. Seulement, impossible de naviguer dans le menu pour annuler ! Le compte est "en cours de création"... 9.99$ par semaine sans possibilité d'annuler pour une photo !

So the trick is wait a couple hours and the manage subscription will show up. It takes long to create the app so you can forget about your subscription don’t be fooled wait a couple hours put timers check ur account then to subscriptions then scroll down and press cancel subscription

When I was googling this page for the first time is was one of the top 3 results. After setting up a test subscription I couldn't find this page anymore.
To cancel the subscription you had to copy paste a link from an E-Mail to get to the site and cancel it there. Seemed somewhat scammy.
Tool itself is decent.

Some random person in their mom’s basement trying to make a quick buck lol. They literally take you and your significant others pic and morph it combining the photo. Anyone can do this with a good photoshop app lol. Then they take several hours to “create your account” so you can’t cancel right away and likely forget. And won’t cancel if you email them. You have to wait for account creation. Then although paid with Apple Pay it doesn’t show up under subscriptions. No link on the emails to go to your account. You have to google it to find it and jump through all kinds of hoops to properly cancel this worthless creation.

Terrible, it is so so expensive if you forget to cancel. Cancellation page is extremely hard to find, obviously on purpose. Don't sign up

Total scam! Wish I had read the reviews before I got a "membership." No way to cancel membership - had to cancel my credit card.

Can't log in and cancel my "membership".
No login process appears after entering your card details - and thus no option to cancel the subscription.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I tested it out with my face, and the father's of two of my children just to see if it looked like my children in the slightest, and they don't. They offer a free trial period, but no cancellation button. I had to send an email, which I got Mailer Demon response to. And I had to track down another email address to request cancellation before being charged. I took screenshots to share with my bank, cause I'm probably going to have to cancel through thr bank if they don't do it.

Scam should be made illegal you can’t cancel for aged and they just keep taking the money. What a joke I will be making a complaint to the relevant people to get this stopped

Please ever never use them as they are trying to get you sign up to something that later on you can't cancel and they charge their make up membership fee. When you contact them they won't ever bother with customer service. I emailed them 3 times and finally they reply me with robotic answer.
