I’ve had so much fun and satisfaction crafting a functional bag from this extremely well designed kit I’ll definitely be ordering again! My bag looks spectacular and I did it myself ( with more than a little bit of help from Babylon Leather)!

Two Picotin bags later, and I’m hooked.
What a fantastic hobby! The Picotin is easy to make and are a perfect size. I use a handbag organiser so that I can easily switch from the peacock blue bag to the orange.
I’m now looking forward to making a crossbody bag. I highly recommend Babylon Leather kits.

I absolutely loved making my Babylon Leather Kelly Bag! My order took about two weeks to come in, but I received tracking as soon as it shipped and I didn’t have any issues. The whole process was so fun and surprisingly therapeutic. It challenged me in the best way and helped me slow down and really enjoy each step. The videos were super easy to follow, and even when I had to redo a few parts, I learned so much. I made the Kelly 25 in Caramel and it turned out gorgeous! I’ve been carrying it everywhere and get so many compliments. I’m already planning my next one, a Large Kelly so I can fit more inside. My order came with two free scarves and a horse charm! I can’t wait to start my next bag!

What a wonderful concept!! I am just finishing my fourth purse and am kind of addicted! The quality of materials is superior! The YouTube tutorials are very well done. Any questions you may have are answered quickly and expertly. Such wonderful and caring customer service! I don’t have anything negative to say about Babylon Leather!

Ne ho ordinata una e ho ricevuto talmente tanti complimenti che ho deciso di ordinarne altre due. Inoltre, e non è cosa da poco, il customer care è eccellente: risposte velocissime per ogni necessità e grandissima cortesia. Suggerisco a Babylon di ampliare la gamma colori e dare l'opzione di poter scegliere tra metalleria standard o premium. Inoltre se ci fosse un distributore in Europa dimezzerebbe I tempi di consegna perché quando vuoi iniziare la tua borsa...non vedi l'ora! Provatelo, ne sarete entusiasti e le persone non crederanno che la vostra borsa l'avete fatta davvero voi!

All the messy work is done! You’ll receive prepped leather pieces, ready for stitching. The bag comes together beautifully, the videos are very helpful.

I have now completed my third order from Babylon, and have done at least 10 purses - all have been beyond my expectations and I have received so many comments on my hand made purses. The leather is very nice and the quality is good and there has been no problems with the shipments. In one of my kits there was one little piece missing but it was taken care of right away, and Lloyd/support is always helpful. I am about to order my 4th time, this time I will try a specialized custom order on one of the bags. Babylon do also offer custom made bags.

I’ve always been an avid garment sewist. I came across this company and decided on a whim. I would try it as I wanted to make something that I could do on the go. I’ve made two of their purses and really enjoyed the experience, and the result was incredibly professional. I tried a purse from another competitor, pop Sewing, but the leather quality was definitely nowhere close.

I am on my third or fourth bag and it’s such a fun hobby with a beautiful handbag as a result.

My sister and I wanted to make more of these beatiful bags after we ordered just one to try them out first. She ordered four bags at the same time, and Babylon even shipped the bags with VIP services free of charge! The bags were all beatiful, and stunning when finished. They came within just a few days. I am about to fill in my third shipment with even more bags, they are very addicting to make, and turn out great.

The whole experience, from placing my order to completing my projects has been fabulous. It is such a pleasure working with company and completing my projects. Customer service is prompt professional and friendly. It is complete joy working Babylon Leather.

I wanted to get into sewing and the DIY kits are perfect! Totally manageable and any issues, Lloyd and his team are on it! Just amazing customer service, nice & responsive! I plan to buy all my handbag projects from them! Highly highly recommend. For the record, I don't ever leave reviews unless its an amazing product / service!

Back up help was very helpful when I had an issue with the orientation of the bag zip.

I have made 5-6 bags now and just can't stop. The kits include everything you need and the video instruction is very good...and getting better. When I ran into problems attaching the hardware on one bag, the company was responsive and helped me resolve the issue. I can't believe how professional the finished bags look!

After trying other companies, I can confidently say that this is the best. The bags come out beautifully. Technically, they are better constructed, with heavier threads and stronger needles. The holes line up perfectly. Working on a mini Kelly this time and am excited to see it finished. I have a bag from Pop Sewing that a friend asked me to help with..it is a nightmare!

Babylonleather offers a big selection of interesting and stylish templates. I've enjoyed making and selling the Pony Card holders. They look great with so many options. The template was easy to make. I used 2oz leather for the foreground, horse & background. Used 3.5 oz leather for the back.
