After using their own fit guide to match up a pistol to holster, the holster arrived too small. Getting them to exchange/replace with the correct fit has been like an act of congress. The quality (and price) is first class. The customer service is far from what you’d expect for a quality American company

Great holsters, horrible customer support.

The first delivery arrived right on time, package was undamaged. The holster had an issue with the thumb break switching the thumb safety off while holstered. Customer service addressed it quickly and promptly sent a replacement that has worked quite well. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Excellent product for the wait time. The holsters ship from eastern Europe so it takes a little while to get through customs but it is well worth the wait. I'd expect to pay twice as much for this quality.

I received my Craft Holster for my Glock Gen 5 Mos. Optic cut and light bearing 4 days earlier than expected delivery date at time of order! Fits like a glove!!! I won’t be using the break in kit. My break in kit is letting my Glock sit in it for a day or two! I haven’t worn it yet but I can tell it’s quality built specific for my firearm! I’ve read a review saying the leather is very soft and will collapse needing two hands for reholster. I can tell just by the look and feel that’s NOT going to be the case for mine! I got the OWB Mainly for range use. I’m a big guy so I’m gonna see how my untucked shirts conceal it. Maybe it will be my EDC holster as well! These holsters I can already tell will last a lifetime and be able to pass down to younger generation family members. I will update a review after about 6-8 months of use and let everyone know how it’s holding up but right now I can see the quality in the build of the holster! Thanks Craft Holsters! I will definitely be a return customer for my other firearms!

I haven’t used Craft leather holsters but did buy their nylon holster for my MP 10mm. The reason I chose the nylon holster is because I don’t intend to carry this pistol except to the woods. And occasionally because I enjoy shooting and practicing with it. The holster is custom fit and seems to be top quality. So! I ordered 3 more for other pistols! Craft Holsters have been a pleasure to do business with,and have done everything they agreed to do. I ordered the 3 holsters on separate days but Craft agreed to bundle all of them in one order so as to save on shipping. Some companies might not do that! And I appreciate it! I can’t speak for their leather holsters but mine are good,and the service is great! Will continue to buy from Craft Holsters in the future.

My experience with these holsters are the best they hold my guns. Perfect. I had one special made for my 44 mag. Cross draw it’s great these guys know how to make a good holster. I have more than one have them for my 9mm, 45 colt they all fit perfectly.

I ordered a shoulder holster for Craft Holsters and it is fantastic! The workmanship is superb and the leather is top quality. It fit my pistol perfectly.

Craft holsters is the best. I own 12 of their holsters, and I wouldn't buy from anyone else. Quality throughout, cutting of leather, and a great sew job. Breakin not to difficult, it gets easier after owning 12. I use spray saddle oil to loosen it up and use the plastic bag method. Use freezer zip lock bags. You won't be disappointed.

The service is exquisite all the way around. The quality holsters are of high value with NO complaints. I have a holster for each of my firearms no scratches...smooth, for my 357 revolvers to striker fire handguns...I love them all and keep up the great work peoples 🤛🏾💪🏾🙏🏾

I bought a holster for my CZ Shadow 2 Compact and a belt for the same.

I was very hesitant because the price was too good for a custom made leather holster.

How wrong I was. A perfect product!

After purchasing others that didn’t last from other companies, I hoped for one that would last a lifetime, which makes any wait time so worth it when ordering from you. My experience with this company has been better than most companies out there. The holster is of great quality and very well made. It will take a few days to break it in but that's not a problem if you're patient. I had made a mistake with my order and they were able to rectify it promptly and professionally. I can't remember the last time I received such good customer service. I recommend this company for anyone who is looking to buy a good quality holster for their weapon.

Good quality holster for open carry or maybe in vehicle as it sticks out a good bit off belt line. Holster arrived and fit my full size 1911 perfect without break in. Belt loops are too tight for tge belt to go through without a lot of force.

In 60 years of owning guns an ordering online there is always concern of being scam, after a month, I grew Nervous and contacted customer care in regards of my order, the reply to the custom order fit of my Smith & Wesson SD9 VE was taking extra time for correct fit in their craftsmanship,
