Chris was the amazingly helpful and went above what was required of himself and his company to provide an excellent service throughout all our communications. From the initial fault finding diagnostics (which were resolved swiftly) to even allowing us to return another unit for a full refund.....then when we changed our mind once again he even agreed to a new warranty period. Excellent service would totally recommend😊.

I arrived home from work at 6pm to find my parcel with my device inside with a page of instruction , it was so easy to set up and I followed the instructions , but unfortunately it did not connect to the server , and was not showing up that the device had been activated , was trying to figure out what was wrong with it but at this time it was 10.30 pm I went onto the website and there was a live chat , and one of the management team (forgot the guys name) was still willing to sort it out and to my amazement he set it up remotely at 10.30 pm , it really was a great service and within 10 mins he had activated it and it showed up on the easy to use app ,

He said he had not seen this before as they normally activitie immediately , and he gave me a month's free membership ,

Absolutely brilliant service and it's works perfectly and I now can see where my car is at all times as my last was stolen , so decided to get a tracker at a reasonable price

This comment relates to my purchase of the Long Life Caravan GPS Tracker. The order was processed and delivered as promised. Initial setup was simple. A technical enquiry was dealt with efficiently by Chris such that the minor problem was quickly solved. The web-based app is not specific to this model but covers all types of tracker supplied, so it takes a bit of getting used to. However this issue does not detract from the good quality of the product and service provided. The Android app is more straightforward and provides instant warning if the caravan is moved.

I found the company helpful, the luggage recovery concept appears similar to Globalbagtag’s system, which I like very much. I only hope I don’t have to call upon either company for help on recovering lost luggage.

Very pleased so far. We went for a battery powered magnetic tracker. It arrived very quickly. Easy to set up and we have tried it a few times and it comes back with a bang on location link to google maps.

Easy transaction, product robust and good quality. Software a bit quirky, but the tracker does exactly what I want. Good advice from helpline.
