At 6:24a EST ? And no address listed for seller. Makes me very skeptical of this offer and the Trustpilot rating and reviews. This ad is one of many where product name is also MotionMax Knee Pro, and Maybe Griqos.co that does not list a phone # and has similar ad information.

Emily in customer service was excellent. The braces are excellent. Just an overall great experience.

After ordering my wife's knee brace, the fit was not quite right and after talking to Emily at customer support she instantly shipped a different size that corrected the problem. Emily was professional and easy to deal with and went out of her way to correct the problem without any hesitation. The knee brace is one of the best designs and construction I've ever seen.

I have worn various knee braces for years. The quality of the materials used in the construction of this brace is sub-par. Even though I ordered my size based on their sizing advice, the brace I received was way too small. Yes, they will send you a 'resize' but you are required to pay for return shipping if you are unsatisfied for any reason with the brace. The fact that you have to pay for the return is not included on their return page. And if you go to their review page, you cannot enter any info to actually write a review , very suspicious. When preparing my return, I discovered that the address that BackBraced supplied to me is on the Better Business Bureau's 'Scam Alert' list. Will supply updated info if my return refund is not forthcoming. I may have to contact my credit company for a 'charge-back'

Excellent Customer Service
Originally, I had ordered the wrong size knee braces, due to poor measurements on my part. However, thanks to the detailed knee measurement instructions provided by Emily Davis (Customer Support Specialist Service Team), my wife was able to give Emily accurate measurements. The replacement pads fit very well. As a matter of fact I wore them last night when my wife and I attended a preseason NFL football game at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, NC. Since she and I sat in a section of the upper decks, I was very glad to have the extra support the knee braces provided for me. I am very pleased with the polite, professional and timely assistance I received from Emily. I will highly recommend the products offered by BackBraced thanks to Ms. Emily Davis

We ordered the wrong size by not fully reading the website. They went out of their way to make it right. It took 3 tries, but they made sure we were happy.

First, I ordered the wrong size. When I contacted Backbraced, they didn't worry about who did what - Emily focused on getting me the right size. When the right size arrived, it fit very well and provided the expected support. I recommend the product, and supported by the tremendous customer service

Emily was fantastic - very responsive, helpful, and kind. It took a few tries to get the right fit for the knee brace and Emily's patience and helpful guidance resulted in a very satisfactory experience.

Scared to order from a company not through Amazon due to refund issues...not this company. Returns/refunds swift, easy anf very accommodating. Nothing wrong with their product. I had just ordered the wrong thing...my fault and still received full refund. Can't go wrong with this company

First of all the customer service has been exceptional!! When I first received my knee brace and wore it several times, I was not quite sure if I had chosen the correct size. After contacting the company they quickly responded by allowing me to try another size. They were prompt, professional and eager to please.

The knee brace itself gives me the extra support I need to assist me in playing golf and in a variety of exercise classes.

These have been great for knee pain relief! I wear them outside when I'm on the move. They keep my knees warm and after about 10 minutes my joints are warmed up as well, which helps greatly with the pain.

The fabric quality is great as well and the side stabilizers give extra support when bending down to reach stuff on the floor. All around great product!

I was looking for knee braces with adjustable straps since all the other knee braces I tried before kept slipping down while walking.

I found these online and the straps have worked wonders, they stay up the whole day and aren't too tight which is a great combination for me. I will buy another pair soon for my husband as well.

I purchased the motionmax knee brace after I hit my knee on a wall while carrying something. At first I thought the pain might go away on its own, but once I realized its not going anywhere I had to look for products that might help me. I ended up buying loads of different products such as a cream and knee tape, but the knee braces have been by far the most effective.

The knee braces fixed my knee, I recommend the braces for anyone dealing with knee issues.
