Your ultra support wrist and thumb brace is a wonderful product.
It is just what I was looking for I do thumb brace that has the web between the thumb and the first finger free for gripping which is important. In the State of Pa. US.
While driving I have to safely be able to grab the steering wheel with a Stern grip the thumb cannot be restricted it's designed allows you to do so giving support and safety when driving. I am very happy to give this review you are a wonderful company thank you

I ordered a thumb brace but after over a week of being "stuck" at a USPS drop off it still hadn't made any progress. I reached out to customer service and a representative named Eric was able to help me. He apologized for the issue and quite reasonably asked to give it a few more days and if it didn't move to reach back out. When it still hadn't moved he arranged to have a replacement sent to me at no charge. That's top notch customer service. The brace arrived and I'm very pleased because it's exactly what I needed!

Knee brace ordered was a lg per their advice since my measurement was right on the line of med/lg. Since wearing them regularly for about 4-5 months they now have a tendency to fall lower off the knee when walking and moving. Knee wrap is rather restricting and not really comfortable.

I ordered two knee braces to help with issues associated with arthritis. Unfortunately I ordered the incorrect size and didn't get any support form the braces. After contacting Eric he gave me information on how to exchange the old braces for the correct size.
Since retiring I walk an average of 16 miles a week and workout 3-4 days a week. I've used knee braces that cost four times as much. After using the correct size braces, I'm impressed with the support and overall performance of the product. I'm equally impressed with the excellent customer service provided by Eric. Thanks again Eric.

I made a mistake ordered the wrong size knee sleeve and even verified the wrong size Eric corrected everything l am a very happy satisfied customer

So thankful to Eric for his assistance with my bunion correctors. Used it today in a two hour tennis match and it was very comfortable in my shoe. Tried other things like lamb’s wool, silicone toe bunion covers and it helped for a little while but the pain returned. The toe separators were great also.

I'm in my 60's and both knee are not in great shape. It is pretty much bone and bone. The price for two was great and delivery came on time. I have wore them on every hike since and I think they are the best knee brace out there... my opinion. This is not something I normally would ever do but they worked really well for me.

I really like the feel of them. I really can't wait to use them everyday. I don't want to have surgery, and really believe these will help me! I loved wearing them the short time I did. No pain! I would suggest these to all people who have knee problems.

The size chart is fairly accurate for the waist but maybe you could add a size chart for the chest too. Your customer service is pretty good and gets back to people within 24 hours.

I am very pleased that these are so soft and flexible I can wear socks and/or shoes with these. They are very comfortable while spacing my toes. I'm hopeful that I'll get some pain relief with regular use, but first impression is PERFECT!!

Terrible return process. I can’t even get a return label to send the product back. Will never buy from this company again.

Do NOT buy from BetterSpine, you will not receive what they advertise. And when you return you have to pay the shipping to China which will run you at least half of what you paid for said item. Highway robbery is what it is! They do offer you a 50% refund and you keep crap that they sent you! Either way you still lose half of what you paid!
