BetterSpine order took a very long time to arrive. My Dr had told me to find a back support brace. Because it took 13 days to receive, I had to go elsewhere for one. Now, after asking for a refund, I have to pay return shipping. I will never shop at this company again. It's very unfair.

Regarding the return process, our policy does require customers to cover return shipping costs when the product is delivered within the stated timeframe and is received in good condition, which we felt was fair. Who knew there are bunion sox
Who knew there is such as bunion sox? Me neither. But there is! I had pain across the top of my foot and assumed my shoe was too tight. My podiatrist told me I have a bunion and short of surgery the pain would continue. Yikes.
Weeks later while online I saw an ad from betterspine for bunion sox and I placed an order. The first time I put the sock on was like magic. No bunion pain! Some weeks later I got an email announcing the sox were on sale. I placed an order immediately. After placing my order I found another email from betterspine for an additional 20% off the sale price for bunion sox.
I sent an email to betterspine that I’d placed my order before reading the second email. I received a reply the same day from Eric that that my card was credited $8.00 for the additional 20% off. Now that’s customer service!

I ordered ordered a back support based on the company's sizing chart, but after receiving the support i found that it was too small. I contacted Eric, who was very helpful and after determining what size was needed agreed to send me the correct size.

Ordered my knee sleeves and found they kept slipping down, initially thought maybe the sizing was wrong,but after speaking to Eric, who responded to my issue very quickly,after describing my issues we were able to resolve the problem, a new set were promptly despatched. My job is a mechanic up and down on my knees all day the sleeves help tremendously and have elevated my tired aching knees at the end of the day, thak you very much Mike

Let me begin by saying that BetterSpine customer service is not great but OUTSTANDING. i ordered a pair of Knee Compression Sleeves but due to my fault, i ordered the wrong size and clicked on the wrong price thus being mistakenly overcharged.On both occasionsI got in touch with they customer service and in no time at all, my issues were solved by Eric: simply the best customer rep i ever dealt with; he responded to every single email or concern i had. He took care of the replacement and the immediate refund for being over charged due to my ow fault. With my experience i can only HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone. Once my Knee Sleeve will arrive i will post another feedback about the product. Thank you BetterSpine: your service is second to none
