This was my first time purchasing from them, and I had a very pleasant experience.
Even though I bombarded them with quite a few emails (my scatterbrain couldn’t remember which DHL service point I had diverted my parcel to—and I didn’t have a collection code either—my apologies for that!), they were incredibly helpful. They chased DHL on my behalf and kept me updated throughout the process.
A huge thank you to Jamie and Andy for your 10/10 customer service! I absolutely love my new coffee maker :)

Really please with the whole ordering…
Really please with the whole ordering process and exceptional support after I realised I'd put the wrong door number for delivery. It was changed immediately and a new confirmation sent. Still haven't received the desk but I can track and see progress.

All they are interested is your money
Bought a rug doctor pro X3 for £700 in less than one month. The carpet cleaner leaves my carpets wet, my shark picks up water better! The carpet is ruined now and started to smell and look awful.e mail customer service asking them to sort it not one reply.

Took a while to get a reply/processing but…
I had some issues with the laptop they sent in and even after the 30 day limit was drawing close they managed to resolve it. It took a while to get a reply/processing but they honored their policy down to the letter. I'll be using their service again without a doubt.
