I have just received a 2nd pair of cufflinks which are really beautiful and are of really lovely quality.

There was a minor issue with my original order however, on speaking with the company this was quickly resolved. Excellent customer service and I am thrilled with the quality of the product I received.

Lovely cufflinks with birthstone garnets (for January birthday) - engraving very nice and as requested.
21st birthday present for my son.
Gift wrapping added an extra special touch.

I am very pleased on the whole, but the engraving on the gift box is not very noticeable. Unless you knew there was an inscription you would miss it. I feel that I will have to point it out to my son,or he won't see it

I ordered a custom pair of cufflinks with the trans pride flag on them, they arrived within four days, and the products are very high-quality and I'm really impressed with the results.

Great service and very quick delivery. Packaging was immaculate. High quality personalised cuff links for a birthday present.

Prompt service

I’m sorry, but I was really disappointed by the design I received, you can’t see the landmarks and the map just had a title of the ground across it. Then the font chosen was not as shown, it was outlined instead of solid and can barely be seen. I have had to order replacement cufflinks from another supplier to fix this. Two stars are because it was fast.

Edited: in response to the salty reply below. Don’t signup for Trustpilot that prompts reviews if you don’t want them. Or contact the person and let them know their order will not be as intended. I would have happily shared it with you but your request for review came first.

In response to your response: Ahhh. My fault then. My review started with an apology (see above) and this wonderful exchange has prompted another. Blaming your customers for providing reviews when they are asked for them seems a very tiring existence for you.

Quick service. Excellent quality. I ordered a memorial tie clip for my friend with a pic of his late father and an inscription on the back. He's made up with it. The clip itself is very sturdy and strong. The pic on it is very clear.

Excellent communication and turnaround time even with a last minute change

A beautiful, personalised gift! I opted for a silver set with engraving and the lovely drawstring gift bag. The recipient absolutely loved his gift and they look super smart both when worn and on display.

My only criticism would be the logisics communications were inconsistent and caused unnecessary panic that the order would be late - the 'completed/dispatched/delivered' statuses on my order updated out of sync.
