An excellent experience from start to finish. This was the design of a new pin badge within a strict two-week deadline. Jill was highly supportive throughout the process and I could not be more pleased with the final result. It is a great quality badge, and it was delivered two days early.

Jill was very helpful from the beginning - and the patches we received are amazing, extremely high quality and neat. Shipping didn't take long either. Highly recommend!

My experience with Badges UK was positive from the beginning, with prompt responses regarding initial pricing and mock ups. The final product was great quality and there was clearly attention to detail in terms of producing the design I had provided. The team were also kind enough to provide extra badges as a gesture of good will.

We have been working with badges UK to produce a pin badge for a special project raising funds for Cancer Research Wales. Badges UK gave a good quote (considerably less than others we had) They also offered to make a donation to our fund raiser (they have given £100) The communication was always prompt and timely and any questions answered. They also offered to make a sample because we were ordering a large number of badges. The badges arrived as agreed and we are extremely pleased with the quality and design. We would highly recommend using them.

Brilliant customer service - excellent service - great communication

Badges UK offered a fantastic service for our small group, promptly and professionally guiding us through the design process and answering my endlessly questions about options - including changing to a different printing approach quite late in the game. Unbeatable on price. Highly recommend.

The British Motorsports Marshals Club had an outstanding experience working with Badges UK on our custom enamel metal pin badges. From start to finish, their communication was clear, prompt, and professional. They took the time to understand our design needs and provided helpful feedback to ensure the final product turned out exactly as we envisioned.
The quality of the badges exceeded our expectations — the detailing is sharp, the colours are vibrant, and the overall finish feels durable and premium. Delivery was on time, and the items were securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
We’ve already received fantastic feedback from our Club Members who love the craftsmanship of the pins. We’re looking forward to placing more orders in the future and would highly recommend Badges UK to anyone looking for high-quality custom enamel metal badges.
Thank you for your excellent service!

Jill was super helpful with all my enquiries and would promptly respond. We needed a large quantity to present as gifts at our event and they produced as requested. Price was also best on the market (I got quotes from a number of companies).
The company chair was very happy with the product quality and we would definitely order from them again.
