Badges UK Reviews

Quick efficient service, very happy with quality.

I was very happy with the badges I ordered. From design to delivery I was kept informed

I found Badges UK from a google search. I wanted to order some bespoke pin badges in a hurry and I must admit I didn't look at any reviews until I'd place the ordered. Thankfully I didn't need to. Jill at Badges UK was easy to deal with. I was kept informed of the progress of the order and really happy with the time it took to fulfill as well as the cost. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future orders.

Very responsive, very high quality product delivered exactly on time and as agreed at a very reasonable cost

Great service, made an error during the process, but completely rectified the situation, with a a very good quality product, at an amazing price.

Superb service, lovely quality badges will be back for more!

From the moment of my first enquiry, Badges UK (Jill in particular) were amazing. They were able to meet my needs to a surprisingly high standard with limited fuss. Price was very reasonable and they gifted me a few additional units in the end for no additional cost.
Customer Service, product quality and price, all 10 out of 10.
I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly to anyone else who is looking for bespoke badges.

Excellent customer service.
Quality badges supplied at a reasonable cost.
Would not hesitate to buy from them again!

From the first contact through to delivery to service was fantastic. Easy design process and options and extremely high quality badges. As a first time badge maker and designer this made everything smooth and simple. I can now grow the Pocket Wellbeing Friend family professionally and with pride.

I placed an order for some new pin badges for our football club. Excellent design super service and great quality product
Would definitely recommend this company

Really clear communication and badges arrived a week before ETA!

Incredibly helpful throughout, competitive on price and great quality.

I was initially really dubious about ordering patches as the prices were so low (seemed a bit too good to be true!) but the previous reviews are very much correct. Jill was extremely helpful and helped answer any questions that I had. Production and shipping times were as communicated and the end product was outstanding- excellent value for money and really high quality. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Thank you.

Badges UK were brilliant to work with from start to finish. The mock up designs were clear, price was competitive and I was very happy with the final product. I will be using them again in the near future. Thank you Badges UK!

And the product is excellent quality and has created something very special for our community. I cant thank the team enough for their positive help and support with our idea.

Excellent all around! Great, communication and prompt responses. Badges are good quality and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Badges UK. Already preparing for our next order. 😎

We ordered custom lapel pins for Hotel Security Group from Badges UK and were very impressed. The pins are excellent quality, exactly as we wanted, and came at a great price. The service was smooth, professional, and genuinely 5-star. Highly recommended!

My first time for ordering custom made embroidery badges and I would most definitely order again, the process from start to finish was so easy. Excellent customer service and nothing was too much trouble. The badges have arrived today one day quicker than advised and the whole process only took less than two weeks. The quality of tbd badges is amazing can’t wait to give out at our weekend away in October.
